Claims (4)
- 직접 변환 수신기(direct-conversion receiver)에서 가변 d.c. 레벨을 가지는 기저 대역 신호(base band signal)의 현재 샘플을 보상하는 장치에 있어서,상기 기저 대역 신호의 샘플들을 발생시키는 수단,상기 샘플들의 평균값(mean value)의 추정치(estimate)를 생성하는 수단,현재 샘플에 기초해 기저 대역 신호의 d.c. 레벨에서의 변동을 감지하는(detecting) 수단, 및현재 샘플값과 추정치의 차이를 형성하여 보상된 샘플을 발생시킴으로써 결과적으로 d.c. 레벨에서의 변동을 실질적으로 제거하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 감지 수단은기저 대역 신호들중 최대값(maximal)에 기초해 상한값 및 하한값을 결정하는 수단, 및상기 현재 샘플이 상기 한계값들중 하나를 초과할때 상기 기저 대역 신호의 d.c. 레벨에서의 변동을 감지하도록 상기 현재 샘플값과 상기 상한값 및 하한값을 비교하는 수단을 포함하고,상기 추정치 생성 수단은샘플들의 수가 d.c. 레벨에서의 변동이 감지되었는가 여부에 대응하도록 기저 대역 신호의 상기 수 만큼의 샘플들의 평균값을 적응적으로(adaptively) 결정하는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 가변 d.c. 레벨을 가지는 기저 대역 신호의 현재 샘플을 보상하는 방법에 있어서,상기 기저 대역 신호의 샘플들을 발생시키는 단계,상기 샘플들의 평균값의 추정치를 생성하는 단계,상기 기저 대역 신호의 d.c. 레벨에서의 변동을 감지하는 단계, 및변동이 감지되는 경우 상기 현재 샘플과 상기 추정치 사이의 차이를 형성하여 보상된 샘플을 발생시킴으로써, 결과적으로 d.c. 레벨에서의 변동을 실질적으로 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 감지 단계는상기 기저 대역 신호의 샘플들중 최대값에 기초해 상한값 및 하한값을 결정하는 단계, 및상기 현재 샘플이 상기 한계값들중 하나를 초과할때 상기 기저 대역 신호의 d.c. 레벨에서의 변동을 감지하도록 상기 샘플값과 상기 상한값 및 하한값을 비교하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 추정치 생성 단계는샘플들의 수가 d.c. 레벨의 변동이 감지되었는가 여부에 대응하도록, 기저 대역 신호의 상기 수 만큼의 샘플들의 평균값을 적응적으로 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
