Claims (4)
- 유성(遊星)운동을 하는 외치(外齒)기어와, 이 외치기어가 내접맞물림하는 내치(內齒)기어를 가지고, 또한 장치의 중심축이 상기 외치기어 주위의 내측에 존재하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치의 각도전달오차의 저감방법에 있어서,상기 내치기어의 톱니수를 X*n(X는 4 이상의 짝수, n은 정수)으로 설정하고, 또한,상기 내치기어와 외치기어의 톱니수의 차를 2로 설정하고,상기 X개의 외치기어를 겹친 상태에서, 각각의 외치(外齒) 및 각 외치기어를 관통하는 각각의 구멍을 가공함과 동시에,상기 X개의 외치기어 중 2개의 외치기어를 한 쌍으로 하고, 각각의 쌍의 외치기어를 상기 중심축을 중심으로 하여, 원주방향으로 360/X(도(度))씩 상대회전시킨 후,각 쌍의 한쪽의 외치기어에 대하여, 다른쪽의 외치기어를, 180도 반대방향으로 평행하게 이반(離反)ㆍ이동하여 각각 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치의 각도전달오차의 저감방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 X개의 외치기어 중에서, 180도의 위상차를 가지는 2개의 외치기어를 한 쌍으로 하고, 이 2개의 외치기어가 상기 중심축의 축선방향으로 인접하도록 배치하여 가는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치의 각도전달오차의 저감방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 X개의 외치기어를, 직전에 설치된 외치기어의 편심위치로부터 보아 위상차가 최대가 되는 편심방향을 순차 선택하여, 이 선택된 편심위치에 외치기어를 차례로 배치하여 가는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림 유성기어장치의 각도전달오차의 저감방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 각도전달오차의 저감방법을 사용하여 설치된 요동내접맞물림 유성기어 변속기.
