Claims (6)
- 치환도 2.0∼2.75(초산화도 45∼59.5%)이고 Y형 단면을 가지는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유를 적어도 일부 함유하는 섬유 또는 섬유제품을 알칼리처리에 의해 상기 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유의 전체 아세틸기중 75% 이상을 하이드록시기로 검화시켜 셀룰로오스 Ⅱ 결정구조와 셀룰로오스 Ⅳ 결정구조가 혼재하는 Y형 단면의 레이온섬유로 전환시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면 레이온 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리처리가 강알칼리 단독 처리, 강알칼리와 약알칼리의 동욕처리, 또는 강알칼리와 약알칼리의 이욕처리에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면 레이온 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리처리에 검화촉진제로서 제4급암모늄염 및/또는 포스포늄염을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면 레이온 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 Y형 단면을 가지는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유를 적어도 일부 함유하는 섬유 또는 섬유제품이 Y형 단면의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유를 포함하는 직,편물; Y형 단면의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유 단독; 또는 Y형 단면의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유가 타섬유가 복합된 복합섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면 레이온 섬유의 제조방법.
- 상기한 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한항 기재의 방법으로 제조되며, 절단강도가 2.5gf/de 이하이고 절단신도가 20% 이상이며, 셀룰로오스 Ⅱ 결정구조와 셀룰로오스 Ⅳ 결정구조가 혼재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면 레이온섬유.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 비중이 1.45∼1.51gm/cm3의 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면 레이온 섬유.
