- 리니어 압축기의 제어방법에 있어서,부하에 따라 상기 리니어 압축기의 최대 스트로크점과 충돌점을 미리 설정하는 설정단계,상기 부하의 변동에 따라 상기 리니어압축기의 스트로크를 가감하는 스트로크가감단계,상기 스트로크가감단계 후 상기 리니어압축기로 공급되는 전류의 변화율에 따라 상기 스트로크를 제어하는 스트로크제어단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스트로크가감단계는, 상기 부하가 증가하면 상기 스트로크를 증가시키고, 상기 부하가 감소하면 상기 스트로크를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어압축기의 제어방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스트로크제어단계는, 상기 리니어압축기로 공급되는 전류의 변화율이 미리 설정된 제 1 기준변화율보다 클 경우, 상기 전류의 변화율이 상기 제 1 기준변화율보다 크게 설정된 제 2 기준변화율 이상인지를 판단하는 단계와,상기 전류의 변화율이 상기 제 2 기준변화율 이상일 경우 현재의 상태를 충돌상태로 설정하고 상기 리니어압축기의 스트로크를 감소시키는 단계와,상기 전류의 변화율이 상기 제 2 기준변화율 이상이 아닐 경우 상기 리니어압축기의 스트로크를 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스트로크제어단계는, 상기 리니어압축기로 공급되는 전류의 변화율이 미리 설정된 제 1 기준변화율과 같을 경우 현재의 리니어압축기 스트로크를 최대스트로크로 설정하는 단계와,상기 리니어압축기로 공급되는 전류의 변화율이 미리 설정된 제 1 기준변화율보다 작을 경우 현재의 리니어압축기 스트로크를 가감하면서 제어하는 정상운전을 행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어방법.
