Claims (2)
- 우수한 유화기능을 갖는 연료유첨가조성물에 물 40∼50wt%를 첨가해서된 에멀젼 연료유를 3,600RPM의 고속회전으로 약 2㎛의 미세입자로 균일하게 세절하는 교반기(A)로 유화시킨 에멀젼 연료유를 온도 70∼80℃로 유지시킨 원통상의 수직가열조(B)에 충진시켜 수직3단으로 층분리된 중층에멀젼 연료유만을 연소하고 상층 및 하층의 에멀젼 연료유는 교반기(A)에 다시 순화시킴과 동시에 관(A9)으로부터 새로 유입되는 에멀젼 연료유와 함께 교반기(A)에서 교반하여 다시 수직가열조(B)에 공급되는 순환과정이 되풀이되면서 연소되는 에멀젼 연료유의 연소방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 연료유첨가조성물은 중량부로 석탄미세분말 300부, 간수포화용액 50부, 소다 100부, 바닷물 50부 비율로 구성된 혼합물을 균질화시킨 다음 90∼95℃로 유지시킨 우라늄광상의 촉매탑을 10여분에 걸쳐 통과시킨 혼합물을 동량(부피비) 방카C유와 함께 하상에 코크스가 충진된 레트르트에서 95∼100℃ 온도로 가열시켜 염수의 대부분(85%)이 증발할때까지 가열 교질상태인 균질의 일액상 잔존물을 얻고 체적비로 일액상 잔존물 2∼4% 범위 내에서 경유와 방카C유의 체적비 1:4로 한 혼합유 96∼98%를 첨가 충분히 교반해서된 연료유첨가조성물임을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 연료유의 연소방법.
