Description
Claims (7)
- 통형 내지 종형으로 형성되어 후단측이 회전축에 설치하기 위한 회전축 설치부가 되고, 앞면쪽이 방출단 가장자리를 향하여 도료를 박막화하는 도료박막화면이 됨과 동시에 안쪽부측이 도료고임부가 된 무화헤드본체와;상기 도료고임부의 앞쪽을 덮도록 상기 무화헤드본체의 안 둘레면에 설치된 허브부재로 이루어지는 회전무화헤드에 있어서,상기 무화헤드본체에는 상기 도료고임부와 도료박막화면 사이의 안 둘레면에 전체 둘레에 걸쳐 오목홈형상으로 형성된 허브 끼워맞춤 오목홈을 설치하고,상기 허브부재는 상기 무화헤드본체의 안 둘레면보다도 작은 지름의 원판형상체로 이루어지는 덮개부와;상기 덮개부로부터 축방향의 뒤쪽으로 연장되어 설치되어 선단부가 탄성 변형하면서 상기 허브 끼워맞춤 오목홈에 걸어맞춤, 이탈 가능하게 끼워 맞추는 복수개의 다리부와;인접하는 각 다리부 사이에 위치하여 설치된 복수개의 노치홈에 의하여 구성하고,상기 허브부재의 각 다리부를 상기 허브 끼워맞춤 오목홈에 끼워 맞추었을 때에는 상기 허브 끼워맞춤 오목홈과 각 노치홈 사이에 복수의 구멍형상 도료통로를 형성함과 동시에,상기 무화헤드본체의 안 둘레면과 덮개부의 바깥 둘레면 사이에 고리형상 도료통로를 형성하는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 다리부와 노치홈은 상기 덮개부의 바깥 둘레측에 교대로 형성하고, 상기 각 구멍형상 도료통로는 상기 각 노치홈과 허브 끼워맞춤 오목홈 사이에 독립하여 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고리형상 도료통로는 상기 무화헤드본체의 안 둘레면과 허브부재의 덮개부 바깥 둘레면 사이에 전체 둘레에 걸쳐 둥근 고리형상으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 다리부는 상기 덮개부의 위치로부터 선단부의 방향으로 이간함에 따라 지름방향 바깥쪽을 향하여 지름을 확장하는 지름확장 다리부로서 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 무화헤드본체의 허브 끼워맞춤 오목홈과 안 둘레면 사이의 경계부는 매끄러운 원호면으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고리형상 도료통로는 뒤쪽으로부터 앞쪽을 향하여 점차 지름치수가 커지는 고리형상 도료통로로서 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드.
- 제 1항에 이어서,상기 고리형상 도료통로는, 뒤쪽으로부터 앞쪽을 향하여 동등한 지름치수를 가진 고리형상 도료통로로서 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전무화헤드.
