Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a water-proof plate and a expansion joint member (expansion joint member) formed of a synthetic resin or rubber material used to prevent leakage of construction joints (floor slab and wall joint) of concrete structures. It is possible to prevent leakage, and to provide a spout plate connecting member for connecting the index plate and the expansion joint member that can ensure the stability of the connection even if deformation such as ground subsidence or distortion of the concrete wall.
To this end, the present invention is an index plate of synthetic resin material or rubber material installed on the wall and the bottom surface to prevent leakage of the concrete structure, in the index plate used in the portion connected to the expansion joint member of the metal material installed on the expansion joint, One end is embedded in the body of the index plate and the other end is extended so as to be exposed to the outside of the body of the index plate, characterized in that it comprises a metal plate weldable to the expansion joint member.
Description
The present invention is an expansion joint member (expansion joint member) formed of a synthetic resin or rubber material used to prevent the leakage of construction joints of concrete structures, in particular metal material is inserted at regular intervals to prevent collapse of the expansion of concrete structures And a water plate connecting member used for the connecting portion with the expansion joint member).
Concrete structures such as foundation basements, slab subwalls, dams, embankments, tunnels, underpasses and reservoirs are constructed to be waterproofed by installing water-damp plates in the walls of concrete structures to block water from the outside. have.
Conventionally, metal plates, especially copper plates, have been used to prevent leakage of concrete structures. However, copper plates have high strength and poor corrosion resistance, which has a long-lasting advantage, but they are too expensive and costly to construct. With the development of the synthetic resin industry, soft vinyl chloride (PVC) or rubber materials are extruded to produce various index shapes, for example corrugated type cross sections. In addition, it is possible to bring a perfect exponential effect by strengthening the binding with concrete. In recent years, it is very inexpensive compared to copper plates (less than 1/10 of copper plates) and has high leakage blocking effect. Easy synthetic resin index plate is mainly used for waterproofing concrete structures.
On the other hand, the concrete structure is relatively vulnerable to thermal expansion, so to prevent the collapse of the structure is prescribed to be installed through the expansion joint member (expansion joint member, expansion joint member) formed of a metal material at regular intervals.
Accordingly, when constructing a concrete structure such as a building, as shown in Figure 5, in the concrete wall 20 to be raised from the basement to the ground, the index plate 21 is buried in a line to prevent leakage, concrete In the case of the structure, it is not placed continuously, but it is spaced at a certain distance (20 ~ 30m), and then it is installed (H), and the expansion joint member (: copper plate) 22 is buried at the boundary point therebetween to expand the expansion. Since it is absorbed, the index plate 21 meets the expansion joint member 22 on the way.
However, in order to prevent leakage at the connection portion where the water stop plate 21 and the expansion joint member 22 meet, the above-described two side members 21 and 22 must be integrated, and the water discharge plate 21 is made of plastic and the expansion joint member Since 22 is a metal material and has no affinity for each other and welding is impossible, the gap between the two side members 21 and 22 is sealed with a sealant 23, which is a sealing agent, to eliminate the gap in the related art.
However, in the case of the sealing treatment by the sealant 23, when the hydraulic pressure is applied, the application portion of the sealant 23, which is the weakest portion, is broken, and water leaks through the sealant. 23) is easily broken and the problem of leakage of the connection portion between the index plate 21 and the expansion joint member (: copper plate) 22 has been a long unsolved problem in the industry.
Accordingly, the present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and its object is to leak water at the connection part of the expansion joint member (copper plate), which is made of a synthetic resin material or rubber material used to prevent leakage of concrete structures, and a metal material. It is possible to prevent, and to provide a spout plate connecting member for the connection of the index plate and the expansion joint member that can ensure the stability of the connection even if deformation, such as ground subsidence or distortion of the concrete wall occurs.
According to claim 1 of the present invention for achieving the above object, the index plate of the synthetic resin material embedded in the wall for preventing leakage of the concrete structure, the index plate in the index plate used for the portion connected to the expansion joint member of the metal material, One end is embedded in the body of the other end is extended so as to be exposed to the outside of the body of the index plate, characterized in that it comprises a metal plate weldable to the expansion joint member through the exposed end.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a plurality of holes are formed in the embedding portion of the metal plate on the still water plate, and both side surfaces of the still water plate covering the embedding portion are integrally connected through the hole.
In addition, according to the third aspect of the present invention, an end portion of the exposed portion of the metal plate is provided with a flange for increasing a close cross-sectional area with the expansion joint member.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a view showing a still plate connecting member for use in a connection portion between a still plate and an expansion joint member according to the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a view showing the shape of a metal plate embedded in the still plate connecting member according to the present invention. It is AA sectional drawing of the inphase index plate connection member which concerns on this invention.
4 is a view showing a state in which a water plate and an expansion joint member are connected by using the water plate connecting member of the present invention.
In Fig. 1, the index plate connecting member is denoted by reference numeral 1, and the index plate connecting member 1 is composed of an index plate 2 and a metal plate 3, which are non-metallic materials, and the metal plate 3 is connected to the index plate 2 at one end thereof ( 3a) is injection molded.
The index plate 3 is made of synthetic resin or rubber material, in particular, PVC (vinyl chloride resin), which is a high polymerization resin, and the metal plate 3 is made of the same material as the expansion joint member 4, for example, a copper material having high corrosion resistance. It is formed.
The metal plate 3 has one end thereof, i.e., the buried portion 3a, is embedded in the body of the water plate 2, and the other end thereof, the exposed portion 3b, extends out of the body of the water plate 2 and remains exposed. do.
In the insert injection molding of the metal plate 3 into the body of the index plate 2, since a plurality of holes 5 are formed in the buried portion 3a of the metal plate 3, the molten synthetic resin fills the holes 5. Both sides 3c and 3d of the receiving plate 3 are integrated by the connection part 6 which fills the hole 5 so as to surround both sides of the buried portion 3a. Even if 3) is pulled in the opposite direction, the connection part 6 is prevented from falling out of each other.
On both sides 3c and 3d of the index plate 2, a plurality of locking projections 7 protrude side by side from the surface, and a hollow core-shaped core material 8 is continuous in the horizontal direction at the center thereof.
Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 4, when the index plate 2 and the expansion joint member 4 are connected, the insert-injected metal plate 3 and the expansion joint member 4 are joined to each other so that the gap is sealed by welding. At this time, in order to increase the connection force and the sealing force, the flange joint 9 is placed on the end portion of the exposed portion 3b of the metal plate 3 so as to overlap with the expansion joint member 4 so as to increase the adhesion cross section. 4) and then weld.
According to the present invention as described above, since the index plate 2 and the index plate (2, shown by a dashed line) are the same plastic material (PVC), the welding (10) by PVC welding with each other is possible, and can be installed continuously without gaps. In general, the water plate connecting member (1) is used for the portion that meets the expansion joint member (4) which separates the concrete structure at intervals of 30 m and installs therebetween. When the flange portion 9 of the metal plate 3 protruding to one side is matched with the expansion joint member 4 and then integrated by welding 10a, the connection is made with rigidity compared to the conventional sealant sealing method. Therefore, leakage through the connection part can be completely prevented.
As described above, the present invention is a material of both sides on the connection portion where the joint plate of the synthetic resin material or rubber material to prevent leakage during construction of the concrete structure and the expansion joint member of the metal material installed to block the collapse due to the expansion of the structure. The connection parts connected to each other by using the index plate connecting member which have the same configuration as that of the seal type are instead of the sealing treatment by the sealant which is easily separated by vibration, shock and thermal expansion, high water pressure action and ground subsidence. Due to the possibility of welding sealing according to the use of the material, the strength is greatly increased, so that the connection is not easily damaged by ground subsidence and deformation of the structure, thereby preventing water from penetrating or leaking beyond the water plate.
