Claims (6)
- a) 부타디엔계 단량체 60 내지 80 중량부를 중합 전환율이 5~20%가 될 때까지 중합시키는 단계;b) 상기 a) 단계의 중합 반응물에 10 내지 40 중량부의 니트릴 단량체를 투여하면서 중합시켜 고무질 라텍스를 제조하는 단계;c) 상기 b) 단계의 고무질 라텍스 8 내지 20 중량부에 알킬 카르복실산 에스테르 단량체 15 내지 27 중량부를 첨가하고 45~68 ℃ 온도에서 20분 내지 1시간 동안 숙성시키는 단계; 및d) 상기 c) 단계에서 얻은 숙성물을 60~70 ℃로 승온시킨 후 니트릴 단량체 60 내지 70 중량부를 투입하면서 중합반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 니트릴계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계에서 상기 부타디엔계 단량체에 10 중량부 이하의 니트릴 단량체를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트릴계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 d) 단계에서 상기 숙성물에 7 중량부 이하의 알킬 카르복실산 에스테르 단량체를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트릴계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴 단량체는 아크릴로니트릴, 메트아크릴로니트릴, 푸마로니트릴 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트릴계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 카르복실산 에스테르 단량체는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 및 부틸 아크릴산 에스테르, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 및 부틸 메트아크릴산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트릴계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
