Claims (7)
- 95 몰% 이상의 트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위와 5 몰% 이하의 그 밖의 에스테르 반복단위로 구성되고, 극한점도가 0.7∼1.3㎗/g 인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사가 권취량 2㎏ 이상으로 적층되고, 하기에 나타내는 (1)∼(3) 의 조건을 만족시키는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사 패키지:(1) 전배향사 패키지의 귀부와 중앙부의 직경차가 0∼5㎜,(2) 패키지의 귀부에 적층되는 사와 중앙부에 적층되는 사의 건열수축응력값의 차가 0.01cN/dtex 이하,(3) 패키지로부터 전배향사를 해제하여 측정되는 섬도변동값 (U%) 이 1.5% 이하이며, 또한 섬도변동주기의 변동계수가 0.4% 이하.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전배향사가 복굴절율 0.03∼0.07 을 갖는 전배향사인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전배향사가 시차주사열량측정 (DSC) 에 의한 결정화 발열량이 10J/g 이하이며, 결정 배향도가 80∼95% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사 패키지.
- 95 몰% 이상의 트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위와 5 몰% 이하의 그 밖의에스테르 반복단위로 구성되고, 극한점도가 0.7∼1.3㎗/g 인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 용융방사하고, 냉각풍에 의해 냉각 고화시킨 후에 전배향사로서 권취할 때 방사장력을 0.20cN/dtex 이하로 하고, 또한 권취중의 패키지온도를 30℃ 이하로 냉각하면서 권취속도 1900∼3500m/분으로 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사 패키지의 제조법.
- 95 몰% 이상의 트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위와 5 몰% 이하의 그 밖의 에스테르 반복단위로 구성되고, 극한점도가 0.7∼1.3㎗/g 인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 사를 방사하고, 냉각 고화시킨 후 연신시키지 않고 권취할 때 하기의 (a)∼(d) 의 요건을 만족시키는 조건으로 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사 패키지의 제조법:(a) 방사장력을 0.20cN/dtex 이하로 할 것,(b) 열처리온도를 70∼120℃ 로, 그리고 열처리장력을 0.02∼0.10cN/dtex 로 할 것,(c) 권취기에 감을 때 패키지온도를 30℃ 이하로 유지할 것,(d) 권취속도를 1900∼3500m/분으로 패키지에 권취할 것.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 열처리온도가 80∼110℃ 이고 패키지온도를 30℃ 이하로 유지하며, 또한 권취속도가 2500∼3200m/분으로 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사 패키지의 제조법.
- 95 몰% 이상의 트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위와 5 몰% 이하의 그 밖의 에스테르 반복단위로 구성되고, 극한점도가 0.7∼1.3㎗/g 인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 용융방사하고, 냉각풍에 의해 냉각 고화시킨 후 전배향사로서 권취하고, 이후 전배향사를 가연가공할 때 전배향사의 권취속도를 1900∼3500m/분으로 하고 또한 권취중에서 보관 및 가연에 이르기까지의 전체 공정에서 전배향사 패키지온도를 30℃ 이하로 유지한 후, 연신가연 또는 가연가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 전배향사의 가연가공법.
