Claims (10)
- 기판과;상기 기판상에 다수의 화소영역에 위치한 각 투명전극층과;상기 각 투명전극의 일부와 오버랩되고 상기 각 화소영역의 사이에 위치하는 버퍼층과;상기 버퍼층의 상부에 일방향으로 서로 일정한 간격으로 이격된 다수의 격벽과;상기 다수의 격벽의 상부에 모든 화소영역에서 연결되도록 적층한 정공주입/수송층과;상기 버퍼층 사이와 상기 정공주입/수송층의 상부에 화소영역별로 패턴된 발광층과;상기 발광층의 상부에 모든 화소영역에서 연결된 음극을 포함하는 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 격벽은 재질이 액체상의 고분자 유기물질인 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 격벽은 화소 별 패턴에 따라 라인타입으로 형성된 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 격벽의 높이는 5~15μm인 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층은 재질이 절연물질인 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 절연물질은 실리콘 산화막(SiO2),또는실리콘 질화막(SiNx), 또는 유기절연막인 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명전극의 일부와 버퍼층이 오버랩되는 길이는 3~10μm인 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정공주입/수송층과 상기 발광층은 고분자 유기물질로 이루어진 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자.
- 기판상에 다수의 화소영역을 구성하는 투명전극층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 각 투명전극의 일부와 오버랩되고 상기 각 화소영역의 사이에 위치하는 버퍼층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 버퍼층의 상부에 일방향으로 서로 일정한 간격으로 이격된 다수의 격벽을 형성하는 단계와;상기 격벽의 상부에 모든 화소영역에 연결되도록 정공주입/수송층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 버퍼층 사이와 상기 정공주입/수송층의 상부에 화소별로 패턴하여 발광층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 발광층의 상부에 모든 화소영역에서 연결되도록 음극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 정공주입/수송층과 발광층은 롤코팅 또는 스핀코팅을 통하여 형성하는 고분자 유기전기발광 디스플레이 소자의 제조방법.
