Claims (16)
- 리튬 금속;상기 리튬 금속 위에 50 내지 5000Å의 두께로 형성되고, 1 × 10-10S/cm 이상의 이온 전도도를 갖고, LixPOy(2 < x < 4, 3 < y < 5)인 리튬 이온 전도성 물질을 포함하는 전처리층; 및상기 전처리층 위에 형성되고, 리튬 포스포러스 옥시나이트라이드를 포함하는 리튬 금속 보호층을 포함하는 리튬-황 전지용 음극.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이온 전도성 물질의 이온 전도도는 1 × 10-10S/cm 내지 1 × 10-6S/cm인 리튬-황 전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 금속 보호층은 LIPON(Li2.9PO3.3N0.46)을 포함하는 것인 리튬-황 전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 금속 보호층의 두께는 1000Å 내지 50㎛인 리튬-황 전지용 음극.
- 리튬 금속 상에 1 × 10-10S/cm 이상의 이온 전도도를 갖고, LixPOy(2 < x < 4, 3 < y < 5)인 리튬 이온 전도성 물질을 포함하는 전처리층을 불활성 가스 분위기 하에서 증착하고;상기 전처리층이 증착된 리튬 금속 상에 리튬 포스포러스 옥시나이트라이드를 포함하는 리튬 보호막을 증착하는공정을 포함하는 리튬-황 전지용 음극의 제조 방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이온 전도성 물질의 이온 전도도는 1 × 10-10 S/cm 내지 1 × 10-6S/cm인 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스 분위기는 헬륨, 네온 및 아르곤 가스 분위기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 금속 보호층은 LIPON(Li2.9PO3.3N0.46)을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 금속 보호층의 두께는 1000Å 내지 50㎛인 제조 방법.
- 리튬 금속; 상기 리튬 금속 위에 50 내지 5000Å의 두께로 형성되고, 1 × 10-10S/cm 이상의 이온 전도도를 갖고, LixPOy(2 < x < 4, 3 < y < 5)인 리튬 이온 전도성 물질을 포함하는 전처리층; 및 상기 전처리층 위에 형성되고, 리튬 포스포러스 옥시나이트라이드를 포함하는 리튬 금속 보호층을 포함하는 음극;원소 황, 황 계열 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극; 및전해액을 포함하는 리튬-황 전지.
