Claims (14)
- 대동맥 판막륜의 직경 및 상행대동맥 이행부의 직경 증가에 의한 대동맥판막 폐쇄부전증의 교정술에 사용되는 대동맥판막 성형기구 세트에 있어서,대동맥 판막륜의 직경을 일정하게 고정하기 위해 대동맥의 진강 안에서 판막륜의 직경을 고정시켜주는 띠형 또는 고리형으로 된 인사이드 고정자(12)와, 대동맥의 진강 밖에서 이를 지지하여 주는 띠형으로 된 아웃사이드 펠트 고정자(14)로 구성되는 대동맥 판막륜 성형기구; 및상행대동맥 이행부의 직경을 일정하게 고정하기 위해 대동맥의 내부에서 상행대동맥 이행부의 직경을 고정시켜주는 고리형으로 된 인사이드 고정자(22)와, 상행대동맥 이행부의 밖에서 이를 지지하여 주는 고리형으로 된 아웃사이드 펠트 고정자(24)로 구성되는 상행대동맥 이행부 성형기구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대동맥판막 성형기구 세트.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인사이드 고정자(12)에서 봉합사가 통과하는 부위는 대동맥의 진강 안에서 고정자가 주위 벽에 밀착되기 유리하도록 봉합사의 주변 두께보다 얇게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대동맥판막 성형기구 세트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인사이드 고정자(12)와 아웃사이드 펠트 고정자(14)에서 고리 형상으로 된 것은 방향을 정할 수 있게 원주의 3등분점에 위치표시 마크가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대동맥판막 성형기구 세트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인사이드 고정자(12)와 아웃사이드 펠트 고정자(14)가 띠 형상으로 된 것은 판막륜의 섬유층 부분만을 고정하고 근육층부는 움직일 수 있게 남겨두기 위한 것으로 근부분의 위치를 표시하여주는 수직선이 띠의 양단에 표시되어 있고 수직선의 밖으로 약 2mm정도의 여유를 두어 고정이 쉽도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 대동맥판막 성형기구 세트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인사이드 고정자(12)와 아웃사이드 펠트고정자(14)의 재질은 인체에 무해한 인조섬유로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 대동맥판막 성형기구 세트.
