Claims (10)
- 생분해성 고분자, 약물, 첨가제 및 용매 중 하나 이상의 성분의 조성이 상이한 2 내지 4가지의 서방성 미립구 제조용 유체를 준비하는 공정; 및상기 제조된 상이한 조성의 유체를 기울기 용리 제어기를 이용하여 시간에 따라 혼합 비율을 조절하면서 연속적으로 단일 분무 노즐을 통해 건조기에 공급하여 건조시키는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 서방성 미립구의 혼합 제형을 연속한 단일 고정으로 제조하는 방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 분무 건조법, 분무 동결 건조법, 초임계 유체 공정을 이용한 건조법으로 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 추가적으로 분산 부형제를 함유한 용액에 서방성 미립구를 분산시킨 후 동결 건조하는 공정을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 생분해성 고분자가 폴리락타이드, 폴리글라이콜라이드, 폴리(락타이드-코-글라이콜라이드), 폴리오르토에스테르, 폴리안하이드라이드, 폴리아미노산, 폴리하이드록시부티르산, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리알킬카보네이트, 지질, 지방산 및 왁스중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 생분해성 고분자가 폴리락타이드 및 폴리(락타이드-코-글라이콜라이드) 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 약물이 펩타이드 및 단백질 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 약물이 황체형성호르몬 방출호르몬(leutenizing hormone releasing hormone: LHRH) 동족체, 옥트레오타이드 및 그들의 염 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, LHRH 동족체가 트립토렐린, 류프롤라이드, 고세렐린, 나파셀린, 부세렐린, 히스테렐린 및 그들의 염 중에서 선택되는 방법.
