Claims (9)
- 배향 후 일정크기로 절단된 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체 칩과 물-중화제의 슬러리 용액을 상부에 교반기 (12) 가 설치된 직립 원통형의 추출/중화탑 (7) 의 상단에 연속적으로 공급하고, 교반기 (12) 를 회전시키면서 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체 칩과 물 및 중화제의 슬러리 용액을 병류로 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화하는 방법.
- 1 항에 있어서, 중화제가 칼슘 하이드록사이드 또는 탄산칼슘 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화 하는 방법.
- 1 항에 있어서, 절단된 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체 칩이 가로 10∼50 mm, 세로 10∼50 mm, 두께 5∼10 mm 의 입자크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화 하는 방법.
- 1 항에 있어서, 추출 후 건조된 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체 칩 무게대비 중합체 칩내에 존재하는 중합용매 무게비가 2.5 배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화 하는 방법.
- 1 항에 있어서, 중합용매 추출액의 PH가 4∼7 이 되도록 물-중화제의 슬러리 용액 투입량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화 하는 방법.
- (A) 상단에 교반기 (12) 가 설치된 직립원통형의 추출/중화 탑 (7), (B) 추출/중화 탑 (7) 의 상단에 설치된 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체 칩의 공급수단과 물-중화제의 슬러리 용액 공급 수단 및(C) 추출/중화 탑 (7) 의 하단에 설치된 방향쪽 폴리아미드 중합체 칩의 배출수단과 중합용매 추출액의 배출 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화 하는 장치.
- 6 항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체 칩의 공급 수단이 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체 칩의 투입구 (1) 및 칩 공급용 스크류 피이더 (2) 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화 하는 장치.
- 6항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체의 배출 수단이 칩 배출용 스크류 피이더 (9) 및 칩 배출구 (10) 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화 하는 장치.
- 6 항에 있어서, 중합용매 추출액의 배출 수단이 중합용매 배출구 (11) 및 중합용매 추출용 드레인 스크류 피이더 (8) 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 중합체내 중합용매 및 염산을 연속적으로 추출/중화하는 장치.
