Claims (4)
- 엔진의 동력에 의해 보조 동력원을 발생시키는 발전기와 주 동력원인 배터리를 구비하는 하이브리드 전기 자동차에 있어서,상기 발전기에서 출력되는 3상 전류의 각 상과 접속되며, 입력되는 3상 전류를 순방향으로 출력하는 복수개의 정류수단과;복수개의 정류수단과 순방향으로 접속되어, 발전기의 출력 전압이 배터리에 충전되어 있는 전압 보다 큰 상태를 유지하는 경우 도통되어 발전기의 발전 전압을 PDU를 통해 배터리에 충전 전압으로 공급하는 다이오드로 이루어지는 제1스위치수단과;상기 제1스위치수단과 상기 복수개 정류수단의 일측단 사이에 컬렉터 단자가 병렬로 접속되고, 에미터 단자가 상기 복수개 정류수단의 다른 일측단에 병렬로 접속되어, 발전기의 출력 전압이 배터리에 충전되어 있는 전압 보다 작은 상태를 유지하는 경우 상위 프로세서에 인가되는 PWM 제어신호에 따라 스위칭되는 트랜지스터로 이루어지는 제2스위치수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 발전 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 정류수단은 브리지 정류기 다이오드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 발전 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1스위치수단은 임계전압을 기준으로 하여 스위칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 발전 제어장치.
