Claims (8)
- 한 끝단이 베이스(4)에 고정된 L자형상의 이음쇠(3)와, 상기 베이스(4)에 고정한 단자(7)와의 사이에, 통전로를 겸용한 방진부(7a)를 배열 설치한 전자계전기의 구조에 있어서,상기 단자(7)는, 상기 방진부(7a)를 일체로 형성함과 동시에, 그 단자(7)를 상기 베이스(4)에 인서트성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자계전기의 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스(4)는, 그 베이스(4)의 판면(4e)으로부터 돌출한 상기 방진부(7a)가 만곡 및 진동하는 것을 방지하는 리브(4f)를 일체로 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자계전기의 구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단자(7)는, 상단을 이음쇠(3)에 고정한 판스프링(12)에 점용접한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자계전기의 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 단자(7)와 상기 판스프링(12)은, 점용접기의 전극(18,19)을 회전운동시켜서 점용접한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자계전기의 구조.
- 전자계전기의 단자(7)와 판스프링(12)을 점용접하기 위한 점용접기에 있어서, 전극(18,19)과, 이 전극(18,19)을 회전운동시켜서 상기 단자(7)와 판스프링(12)을 점용접하기 위한 모터(22,23)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전극(18,19)은, 상기 모터(22,23)의 회전을, 감속기구(24,25)를 통하여 감속 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 감속기구(24,25)는, 상기 모터(22,23)와, 상기 전극(18,19)에 설치한 치차(24a,25a)와의 사이에 개재한 감속치차기구로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접기.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극(18,19)은, 점용접재료가 눌려 접하는 한 끝단을 대략 반원호형상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접기 .
