Claims (10)
- 염기 또는 산 그룹을 가지는 확산제, 및 상기 염기 또는 산 그룹에 대해 일정한 양만큼의 중성제를 포함하고, 상기 중성제의 양은 25℃에서 28일 이내의 기간 동안 방치된 잉크에 있어서 침전 및/또는 점성의 증가가 발생되지 않는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 또는 실질적으로 비수성 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 희석액은 비수성 또는 실질적으로 비수성인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 확산제는 잉크를 최소 점성이 되도록 하는 양의 100% 내지 200%의 양으로 존재하고, 잉크의 다른 성분의 특징 및 양은 변하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 중성제는 잉크를 최대 감퇴 메니스커스 속도(RMV)를 갖도록 하는 양의 25% 내지 100%의 양으로 존재하고, 잉크의 다른 성분의 특징 및 양은 변하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 확산제는 폴리아민이고 중성제는 루이스 산, 무기산, 유기산 및 페놀로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 중성제는 인산의 알킬 부분 에스테르, 페놀 및 페놀 그룹을 포함하는 중합체 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크는 확산제, 안료, 및 7MPa½ 이하의 극성 용해도 파라미터를 갖는 희석제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 희석제는 비-극성화 유기 용매와 5 내지 40wt%의 극성 유기 용매와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크는 확산제, 안료, 그리고 최소 200℃의 끓는점, 15mPas 이하의 점성 및 7℃ 이하의 어는점을 갖는 희석제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크.
- (a) 착색제, 염기 또는 산 그룹을 가지는 확산제, 및 희석제를 포함하는 안정한 확산액을 형성하는 단계, 및(b) 상기 염기 또는 산 그룹에 대해 일정한 양만큼의 중화제를 첨가하는 단계로 이루어지고, 상기 중성제의 양은 25℃에서 28일 이내의 기간동안 방치된 잉크에 있어서 침전 및/또는 점성의 증가가 발생되지 않는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항의 잉크 젯 프린터 확산 잉크의 제조 방법.
