Description
Claims (19)
- 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소로부터 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하기 위한 촉매의 제조방법으로서,(1) 다공성 촉매 지지체 매질을 팔라듐 화합물의 용액으로 함침시키고, 이러한 팔라듐 화합물을 촉매 지지체 표면상의 콜로이드상 팔라듐 금속의 제 1 쉘 분산 피막으로 환원시켜 선구 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및(2) 상기 선구 촉매를 유기금속 금 화합물의 용액으로 함침시키고, 이러한 금 화합물을 촉매 지지체 표면상의 콜로이드상 금 금속의 제 2 쉘 분산 피막으로 환원시켜서, 개선된 이산화탄소 선택도 및 산소 전환율을 제공하는 바이메탈 팔라듐-금 촉매를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(1)에서 촉매 지지체 매질을 팔라듐 화합물의 수용액으로 함침시키고, 이러한 팔라듐 화합물을 환원 전에 수성 알칼리성 용액으로 지지체 매질상에서 고정시키는, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(1)에서 촉매 지지체 매질을 유기금속 팔라듐 화합물의 유기 용매 용액으로 함침시키는, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(2)에서 유기금속 금 화합물이 금 트리아세테이트인, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(2)에서 유기금속 금 화합물이 디메틸 금 아세테이트인, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(2)에서 유기금속 금 화합물이 트리메틸실록시디메틸 금인, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계(2)에서 유기금속 금 화합물이 트리메틸실릴메틸트리페닐포스핀 금인, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,촉매 생성물이 촉매 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.2 내지 2.5중량%의 팔라듐 금속 함량, 및 약 0.2 내지 2.5 중량%의 금 금속 함량을 갖는, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,촉매 지지체 매질이 실리카 기재인, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,촉매 지지체 매질이 알루미나 기재인, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,촉매 생성물이 약 0.5 내지 10:1의 팔라듐:금 중량비를 갖는, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,추가 단계에서, 촉매 생성물을 알칼리 금속 알카노에이트 활성화제의 수용액으로 함침시키고 건조시켜, 비닐 아세테이트 제조를 위한 증가된 선택도를 갖는 촉매 생성물을 제공하는, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,활성화제 첨가제가 알칼리 금속 아세테이트인, 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 따라 제조된, 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소로부터 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하기 위한 촉매 조성물.
- 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소로부터 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하기 위한 불균질상 바이메탈 팔라듐-금 촉매 조성물로서, 촉매 지지체 표면상에서 콜로이드상 팔라듐 금속의 제 1 쉘 분산 피막을 함유하고, 촉매 지지체 표면상에서 콜로이드상 금 금속 피막의 제 2 쉘 분산 피막을 함유하는, 제 1 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 촉매 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,촉매 중량을 기준으로, 약 0.2 내지 2.5중량%의 팔라듐 금속 함량, 및 약 0.2 내지 2.5 중량%의 금 금속 함량을 갖는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,약 0.5 내지 10:1의 팔라듐:금 중량비를 갖는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,촉매 지지체 매질이 실리카 기재인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,촉매 지지체 매질이 알루미나 기재인 촉매 조성물.
