Claims (9)
- 소정 파장을 갖는 방사빔을 사용하여 정보를 기록 및 판독하고, 기록층을 구비하며, 상기 기록층은 방사빔에 의한 조사시 제 1 및 제 2 상태 사이에서 변화하며, 상기 기록된 정보는 제 1 상태를 갖는 영역 내부에 제 2 상태로 기록된 복수의 마크로 표시되고, 상기 복수의 마크는 일정한 깊이를 갖는 안내홈을 구비한 복수의 트랙 내부에 배치되며, 상기 제 1 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역과 제 2 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역으로부터 반사될 때 제 1 광학 위상차가 존재하고, 상기 제 1 광학 위상차가 상기 제 1 상태에 있는 복수의 트랙 사이에 위치한 영역과 제 1 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역과의 광학 위상차를 증가시키도록 구성된 광 기록매체에 있어서,상기 안내홈의 깊이가 상기 파장의 1/24배 내지 1/7배의 범위에 있는 값을 갖고, 상기 제 1 광학 위상차는 0.4 내지 2.0 라디안 범위의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역의 반사강도와 상기 제 1 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역의 반사강도의 비가 0.15보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역의 반사강도와 상기 제 2 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역의 반사강도의 비가 0.15보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역의 반사강도가 0.15보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 상태에 있는 트랙 상의 영역의 반사강도가 0.15보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안내홈의 깊이는 상기 파장의 1/12 내지 1/7배의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록층은, 제 1 상태에서 3.4보다 큰 굴절률의 허수부를 갖는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 상변화 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 상태는 비정질 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록매체.
