Claims (5)
- 바닥면에 안착시트(32)가 형성된 하우징(30);센서 장착공(22), 관통공(24), 및 접착제 주입공(26)을 지니며, 상기 하우징(30)를 덮는 커버(20);일단은 상기 하우징(30)의 안착시트(32)에 안착되고 중간이 결합 플랜지(44)는 상기 커버(20)의 관통공(24)둘레에 결합되어 상기 하우징(30)내에 회전 가능하게 지지되며 상단에는 결합홈(42a)이 형성된 회전체(40);일단은 상기 결합홈(42a)에 삽입되는 결합돌출부(12)에 의해서 상기 회전체(40)와 연결되고 타단은 측정하고자 하는 회전대상물체와 연결되는 회전 샤프트(10);상기 회전체(40)의 베이스부(46)에 삽입되고, 회전체의(40)의 플라스틱 사출시 미리 삽입되는 영구자석(50);상기 회전체(40)의 베이스부(46)를 둘러싸고 평행하게 배치되어 상기 영구자석(50)의 위치를 감지하는 센싱바(60), (62); 및홀 소자(72)를 개재하여 상기 센싱바(60), (62)와 연결된 상태로 상기 하우징(30) 내에 배치되며, 센서의 프로그래머블 신호처리 프로세서, 필터회로 및 포토커플러(104)가 구비되는 PCB(70)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 영구자석(50)을 감싸고 있는 2개의 센싱바(60), (62)의 양끝단이 1개의 홀소자(72)에 1개의 동일 영구자석(50)의 자장강도를 전달하도록 배치되어 상기 회전체(40)와 상기 센싱바(60), (62) 간의 이격거리 불일치에서 오는 자력선의 불균형이 상쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서의 프로그래머블 신호처리 프로세서는 센서의 외관을 변형시키지 않고도 마이크로프로세서의 알고리즘을 수정함으로써 동일한 제품으로 아날로그, 디지털 신호를 출력할 수 있으며, 다양한 회전위치에서 2개 이상의 신호 스위치를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 필터회로는 가혹한 운전조건에서 오는 불안정한 진폭이나, 진앙레벨을 안정화시킴으로써 출력신호의 높은 직선형도와 낮은 히스테리시스를 갖는 정확한 출력값을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
