Claims (6)
- 도전성 지지체상에, 적어도 고분자화합물로 이루어진 결착수지와 저분자화합물로 이루어진 정공수송물질을 함유하는 층을 갖는 감광층을 구비한 전자사진 감광체에 있어서,상기 고분자 화합물이 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 비페닐플루오렌 단위를 주쇄중에 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지이고, 상기 저분자화합물은 화학식 2로 표시되는 스틸벤계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체:[화학식 1][화학식 2]단, 화학식 1에서 방향족환상의 수소원자는 임의의 치환기로 치환되어 있을 수 있으며,화학식 2에서 R1 내지 R5는 각각 독립하여, 수소원자, C1 ~ C30의 치환 혹은 미치환된 알킬기, C6 ~ C30의 치환 혹은 미치환된 아릴기, C1 ~ C30의 치환 혹은 미치환된 알콕시기, C8 ~ C30의 치환 혹은 미치환된 스티릴기 중의 어느 하나를 나타내고, 또한 방향족환상의 수소원자는 임의의 치환기로 치환되어 있을 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광층이 결착수지와 정공수송물질을 함유하는 전하수송층과 전하발생층의 적층구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결착수지와 정공수송물질을 함유하는 층이 전하발생물질도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결착수지와 정공수송물질을 함유하는 층이 전자수송물질도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지가 하기의 화학식 3, 4 및 5로 표시되는 구조단위 중에서 적어도 2종류의 구조단위의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체:[화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5]
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광층중의 스틸벤계 화합물의 비율은 10 ~ 60중량%의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
