Claims (2)
- 베이스 플레이트, 상기 베이스 플레이트 상에 안착되어 광학소자가 고정위치를 제공하는 서브 마운트 및 상기 광학소자와 광축정렬시키기 위한 렌즈를 지지하는 렌즈 홀더를 구비하는 광학소자의 수동정렬 장치에 있어서, 상기 서브 마운트는,일단면에 상기 렌즈가 밀착, 고정되는 렌즈 홈이 형성되고,상면에는 상기 렌즈 홈으로부터 소정 거리만큼 이격된 위치에서 상기 광학소자가 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 수동정렬 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 홀더는 레이저 용접에 의해 상기 베이스 플레이트 상에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 수동정렬 장치.
