Claims (10)
- 황산화물, 질산화물, 다이옥신, 휘발성유기화합물들이 함유된 유해가스를 활성탄을 통해 유해성분과 무해성분으로 흡착/포집하여 분리하는 분리기와; 상기 분리기를 통해 유해성분을 흡착/포집하여 분리한 오염된 활성탄를 수납하도록 분리기의 하측에 연결설치된 활성탄수거기와; 상기 활성탄수거기에 수거된 활성탄을 정량주입기로 이송시키는 송풍기와; 상기 정량주입기로 장입된 오염된 활성탄을 공급받아 고주파 마이크로웨이브를 인가하여 활성탄에 흡착/포집된 유해성분을 여기시켜 분해하는 제1정화기와; 상기 제1정화기의 하측에 연결설치되고 제1정화기를 통해 재생된 활성탄을 상기 분리기로 재공급하는 재생활성탄수거기와; 상기 제1정화기의 하측에 재생활성탄수거기와 병렬로 설치되고, 원통형상으로 형성되고, 그 내부에는 길이방향으로 미분해가스가 관류되는 별도의 배관이 배설되며 상기 배관의 외주연에는 고주파마이크로웨이브와 연결된 동축코일로 형성된 도파관이 나선형상으로 권취배설되는 오염된 활성탄으로부터 분해된 이온, 라디칼, 미반응가스가 질소와 희석된 혼합가스를 상기 제1정화기에서와 동일한 방식의 마이크로웨이브를 통해 정화시키는 제2정화기와; 상기 제2정화기와 연결되어 제2정화기를 통해 정화된 공기를 최종 정화시키는 촉매정화기를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 고효율 유해가스 정화장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2정화기에는 상기 제1정화기로부터 배출된 이온, 라디칼, 미반응가스 및 질소 혼합가스를 안내하는 미분해가스 이송배관이 하측에서 상측을 향해 공급하도록 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 고효율 유해가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로웨이브는 40kHz ~ 5GHz의 주파수 대역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 고효율 유해가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매정화기의 하측에는 정화공기 배출을 위한 진공펌프가 추가로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 고효율 유해가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매정화기 내에 충전되는 촉매는 활성탄, 마그네슘 산화물, 구리 산화물 및 벌집구조의 통기성 구조의 담체에 담지된 칼슘 알루미네이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 고효율 유해가스 정화장치.
- 분리기 내에 일정량의 활성탄을 충전시킨 후 유해가스를 공급하여 활성탄에 의해 유해성분을 흡착 및 포집하는 초기 정화단계와; 정화된 가스는 배출시키고 미정화된 유해성분을 포함한 오염된 활성탄을 제1정화기로 정량 주입하여 고주파의 마이크로웨이브를 통해 오염된 활성탄으로부터 유해성분을 분리하는 단계와; 상기 제1정화기를 통해 유해성분이 분리된 재생활성탄은 분리기로 회수하여 재활용하는 단계와; 분리된 유해성분은 질소가스와 희석하여 제2정화기로 이송하고 활성탄은 별도 수거하는 단계와; 제2정화기로 공급된 혼합가스에 또다시 고주파의 마이크로웨이브를 인가하여 유해성분을 분해하는 단계와; 분해된 각 성분을 이송시켜 촉매정화기를 통해 최종 정화시킨 후 대기로 배출하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 고효율 유해가스 정화방법.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2정화기에서는 고주파 마이크로웨이브를 통한 전자기파 및 공진현상을 통해 유해성분을 분해토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 고효율 유해가스 정화방법.
