Claims (4)
- 천연고무 80 ~ 95 중량부 및 브로미네이티드 이소부틸렌 5 ~ 20 중량부로 구성되는 베이스 레진 100 중량부에 대하여, 충전제 60 중량부, 산화아연 3 중량부, 스테아린산 2 중량부, 프로세싱유 5중량부, 산화방지제로서 폴리 1,2-디히드로-2,2,4-트리메틸퀴놀린 1중량부, 2-머캅토톨루이미다졸 1중량부, 옥틸레이티드-디페닐아민 1중량부, 가교조제로서 엔-옥시에틸렌 벤조티아졸 술펜아미드 1.5 중량부, 테트라부틸티우람 디설파이드 0.6 중량부 및 가교제로서 황 0.3 ~ 1.2 중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 고무조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가교제로서 알킬페놀 디설파이드 0.2 ~ 0.8 중량부가 더 첨가되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 고무조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬페놀 디설파이드 중 황의 함량이 18 ~ 22 중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 고무조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브로미네이티드 이소부틸렌 중 브롬의 함량이 0.4 ~ 1.0 중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 고무조성물.
