Claims (5)
- 텔레비젼이나 모니터용으로 사용되는 음극선관에 있어서,상기 음극선관의 전면유리는 SiO252 ~ 56 중량%, Li2O 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량%, Na2O 6 ~ 8 중량%, K2O 6 ~8 중량%, MgO 0.1 ~ 1 중량%, CaO 0.5 ~ 2 중량%, BaO 12 ~ 16 중량%, SrO 6 ~ 8 중량%, ZrO22 ~ 4 중량%, TiO20.3 ~ 0.7 중량%, CeO20.3 ~ 0.7 중량%, Al2O32.0 ~ 3.5 중량% 및 Sb2O30.3 ~ 0.7 중량%가 포함된 조성을 이루고 있어 엑스선 흡수계수가 0.6 Å에서 34 cm-1이상이고, 그 전면유리의 표면은 이온교환되어 135 kg/cm2이상의 압축응력이 형성되어 있으며, 그 전면유리 표면에는 폴리머 필름이 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 음극선관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름은 폴리에스터, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴, 폴리에칠렌 및 우레탄 중에서 선택된 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 음극선관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름은 열경화 또는 자외선경화법에 의해 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 음극선관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름은 0.001 ∼ 0.5 mm 의 두께로 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 음극선관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전면 유리는 그 중앙부의 두께가 종래의 것보다 20% 이상 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 음극선관.
