Claims (7)
- 유자, 유자 과피 또는 유자 씨를 초임계 및 아임계 반응기에 투입한 후 추출용매로서 초임계 또는 아임계 유체인 이산화탄소, 에틸렌, 에탄, 프로판, 아세틸렌, 암모니아 중 어느 하나를 통과시키면서;보조용매로서 에탄올, 이소-프로판올, 메탄올 및 노르말헥산, 물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 사용하여 베타-카로틴, 리모넨, 사이클로헥사논, 2-에틸-2-메틸-부타노익산, 벤젠, 캄판, 리놀레산, 올레산, 팔리트산, 미리스트산 중 어느 하나 이상의 기능성물질을 추출하고;리나룰, 미르센, α-피넨, β-피넨, α-테르피넨, β-테르피넨 중 어느 하나 이상의 산화성물질을 제거하며;상기 기능성물질의 추출 및 산화성물질의 제거 과정시 초임계 및 아임계 반응기의 내부 온도는 33∼37℃를 유지하고 내부 압력은 8∼12 MPa를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유자의 기능성 물질 추출 및 산화성물질 제거 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보조용매의 부재하에 산화성 물질을 추출,제거한 후에 보조용매의 존재하에 기능성물질을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
