Claims (1)
- 절단대상물에 슬롯을 형성시키도록 절단하고자 하는 슬롯을 따라 고압수를 분사하도록 고압펌프(도시없음)로부터 공급되는 고압수류가 통과하는 고압관(1), 스템(제트 렌스, 2) 및 분사노즐로 이루어진 노즐구동부와, 지지 프레임(4)에 장치된 노즐 구동부를 가이드 레일(5)을 따라 수평 방향으로 이동되는 수평이송모터(6)와; 헬리컬 기어(7)를 통해 지지 프레임을 수직 방향으로 이동시키는 수직이동모터(8)와; 상기 노즐구동부와 각 이송모터의 운동을 제어하도록 자동 및 수동 모드를 가지는 제어시스템으로 구성된 워터 젯 슬로터에 있어서,상기 노즐 구동부는 하부에 장착된 스템에 회전력을 전달하는 고압회전용 스위벨(swivel, 9)과, 이 스위벨에 회전력을 제공하는 회전모터(10)로 구성되고,상기 분사노즐은 20-30°의 분사각도를 가지도록 2-3개의 노즐어셈블리로 배열하되, 각각의 노즐어셈블리는 고압수류를 분사하는 분사구(312)와, 상기 분사구를 내부에 장착하고 있는 슬리브(311)와, 일측에 형성된 분사구 장착용 스크류셋(313)으로 구성하여 노즐비트(3) 속에 장착함으로써 고압수류가 스위벨(9)에 의해 고속회전하는 스템(2) 및 이 하부에 장착된 노즐비트(3) 내 노즐어셈블리의 분사구(312)를 통해 회전 분사되도록 하여 깊은 심도의 절삭홈을 형성토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 워터젯 슬로터.
