Abstract
본 발명은 수용액 중에서 팽윤하여 마사지 효과를 극대화 시키는 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체와, 보습제인 폴리올, 및 스크럽제인 구상 중합체를 배합한 제 1 제와 ; 발에 오염된 미생물이나 균을 살균하는 트리크로산, 에리스로마이신, 살리실산, 이미다졸리디닐우레아, 및 페녹시에탄올로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 살균 방부제 및 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체를 붕괴시키는 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 명반, 및 알파히드록시산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 전해질을 배합한 제 2 제로 구성되는 발관리 전용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 발관리 전용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체와 구상 중합체를 배합한 제 1 제 화장료가 수용액 중에서 팽윤하여 마사지효과를 극대화시킴으로서 신체부위의 혈행을 촉진하는 작용을 통하여 발 또는 종아리의 부종을 완화하고 각질의 제거를 용이하게하는 한편, 제 2 제 화장료가 발에 오염된 미생물이나 균등을 살균하여 발냄새를 제거해 주는 발관리 전용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장료라 함은 인체를 청결 또는 미화하고, 피부 또는 모발을 건강하게 유지하기 위하여 도찰, 살포 기타 이와 유사한 방법으로 사용되는 물품으로서 인체에 대한 작용이 경미한 것을 말한다. 그런데, 인체의 피부는 여러 가지 요인들 즉, 개인별, 부위별, 계절별, 나이별 등에 따라 그 상태가 다양하기 때문에 그 사용목적에 맞는 제품들 즉 세정제, 화장수, 유액, 크림, 젤, 마사지크림, 에센스 등 여러 가지 다양한 제품들이 시판되고 있는데, 이들은 얼굴, 손, 전신용 제품들이 대부분이다
최근에는 과학기술의 발달 및 경제적 풍요로움과 함께 신체 각 부위의 특성에 맞는 화장료들 즉, 눈 주위, 목, 가슴, 다리, 발전용 제품들도 일부 시판되고 있다. 그런데, 지금까지 사람의 신체 각 부위 중, 가장 취약하고 피부 관리를 받지 못하는 부위가 발이며, 특히 외부로부터 충격을 흡수해주고 균형유지 및 지렛대 역할을 하는 부위로 제2의 심장이라고 할 만큼 혈액순환기가 집중되어 있고, 사회활동이 많은 현대인에게 있어서는 특히 발과 종아리에 혈액이 집중되어지는 경우가 많다.
보통 심장에서 보내어지는 혈액은 하체의 동맥을 통해 다리를 거치면서 다시정맥을 통하게 되고, 여기서부터는 종아리의 미세한 근육들의 움직임에 의해 정맥혈관의 수축과 이완을 통하여 혈액이 순환하여 심장으로 보내지게 된다. 그러나 장시간 서있거나 입식생활을 하는 사람들, 특히 사회활동이 많은 사람들은 발부위에 혈액이 몰리는 경우가 많아지게 된다.
그럴 경우, 혈행이 원활하게 되지 않으므로 다리 정맥에 혈액이 몰려진 상태이므로 혈관의 압력이 높아져 정맥이 넓어지게 되고 혈액의 역류를 방지하는 미세한 비너스펌프(venus pump)가 열려진 상태가 되어 다리정맥에서 일부 혈액이 정체해 있게 된다. 혈액이 정체하면 정맥의 혈압이 올라가게 되고 혈액중의 장액이 혈관 주위의 조직으로 누출되게 되는데 이 경우 조직내에 장액의 농도가 높아져 다리와 발 등이 붇게 되며 이것을 부종이라고 한다.
이런 상태의 해소는 적절한 맛사지를 통해 혈행을 촉진하게 해주는 것이 바람직한데, 통상의 맛사지 제품들은 크림 또는 오일, 로션류로서 피부에 맛사지하기 용이하도록 윤활성이 큰 오일들이 도포될 수 있도록 제공해주는 기능에 머물렀었다.
이런 제품들의 단점은 맛사지를 실시할 때에 혈관의 수축과 팽창을 유도하여 혈행을 적절히 상승시켜 줄 수 있도록 온도를 높여주거나 내려줄 수 있는 기능을 할수 없다는 것과 사용 후에 피부 위에 미끌거리는 오일피막을 남기게 되는 불편한 점들이 있다.
이러한 발 관리용 제품들은 일반적인 화장료와는 달리 몇가지 기능이 필수적으로 요구되는데 즉, 발바닥 부위의 피부는 모낭이 없고 땀샘이 적기 때문에 강한 보습기능이 필요하며, 피부가 두꺼워지면서 과각화가 되기 쉽기 때문에 각질박리효과가 우수해야 하며, 미생물에 의한 오염이 쉽기 때문에 방부 살균기능 또한 우수하면서도 끈적임이나 오일감 없이 우수한 사용감을 갖고 있어야 한다.
이러한 관점에서 제안된 특허들을 살펴보면, 미국특허 제5562981호와 제4550035호에서는 유연제, 향료 및 흡수성 있는 파우더, 탈취제 즉, 탈크, 제올라이트, 콩 단백질, 붕사, 실리카, 전분 등을 혼합한 화장료가 발의 냄새 제거 및 보습효과가 있음을 제안하고 있으나, 이는 보습기능이 그다지 크지 않고 사용감이 나쁜데 즉, 피부 위에서 빠르게 흡수되지 않고 많은 끈적임이 있는 단점이 있어 발관리 화장료로서 적당하지 않다.
유럽특허 제489524호에서는 고분자 합성물, 폴리아크릴레이트를 배합한 에멀젼이 발관리 화장료로서 뛰어난 보습 효과를 보인다고 제안하고 있으나, 이 또한 발의 건조한 피부를 개선시키는 데에는 한계가 있었다.
또한, 세계특허 제95128849호에서는 고분자물인 전분을 베이스로 한 조성물을 발관리 화장료로서 사용감이 우수한 것으로 제안하고 있으나, 끈적이지 않고 산뜻한 것을 제외하면 발관리 화장료로서의 기능은 거의 없으므로 발관리 화장료로서 인정하기 어렵다.
미국특허 제5209932호에서는 미세한 다공성 파우더를 사용한 화장료를 제안하고 있으나, 역시 발피부의건조현상 및 미생물에 대한 방부 등의 근본문제를 해결하여 주지 못하였다.
일본 특허 제81133434호에서는 언데실레닉애시드로부터 유도된 방부효능 물질을 적용하였으나 위에서 언급한 발관리 화장료로서의 기능은 갖추지 못하였다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 선행기술의 여러 가지 문제점을 해결하고, 발관리 전용 화장료로서의 우수한 기능을 갖춘 발관리 전용화장료를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명자는 발관리 전용화장료를 예의 연구한 결과 제 1 제로서 수용액 중에서 팽윤하여 마사지 효과를 극대화 시키는 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체와, 보습효과를 부여하는 폴리올, 각질제거 효과를 갖는 구상폴리머 스크럽제를 배합하여 줌으로써 혈행을 촉진하여 부종을 완화시키는 기능을 갖고 냉온 마사지가 가능하며, 제 2 제로서 발에 오염된 미생물이나 균을 살균하는 트리크로산, 에리스로마이신, 살리실산, 이미다졸리디닐우레아, 및 페녹시에탄올로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 살균 방부제 및 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체를 붕괴시키는 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 명반, 및 알파히드록시산으로구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 전해질을 배합하여 청결한 발을 유지할 수 있는 발관리 전용화장료를 개발하였다.
본 발명의 제 1 제에는 아로마콜로지 효과를 갖는 에센셜 오일 및 이의 용해작용을 하는 계면활성제를 함유할 수 있다. 또, 제 2 제는 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 명반 등의 전해질을 함유할 수 있다.
본 발명에 사용된 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체는 다음의 일반식을 갖는 중합체 또는 중합체의 집합체로서 수용액상에서 수화될 때 신속히 흡습하여 부드러운 젤리 상으로 변하는 특징을 갖는다.
여기서 중합도를 나타내는 m과 n은 특징적으로 한정하지는 않지만 통상 m+n=30~500정도의 중합도가 물에 수화될 때 수화의 속도 또는 사용성에 있어서 끈적이거나 딱딱하지 않으므로 적합하다. M+는 금속이온을 나타내는 것으로서 대개 1가 이온의 금속에 해당하며 그 예로서는 Na+, K+ 등이 적합하다.
폴리올로는 보습효과를 부여하는 글리세린, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜 등으로서 풍부한 OH기를 갖는 분자들을 말하며 1종 또는 2종이상을 조합하여 사용할수 있다.
구상 폴리머 스크럽으로서는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리아크릴 비닐 중합체 등의 중합체로서 중합체의 종류 및 중합도, 조합비율 등에 국한하지 않고 구상으로 만들어진 것을 말하며 그의 크기는 직경이 0.1mm~1mm까지의 다양한 크기를 사용할 수 있다. 스크럽제는 배합되어 마사지 효과 및 각질제거 효과가 있는 일반적인 형태의 고상 또는 다공성 구상인 것을 쓸 수 있다.
아로마콜로지 효과를 갖는 에센셜오일은 냄새를 맡음으로서 기분이 좋아지고 마음을 평화롭게(relax) 해주는 효과가 있는 천연 오일류 들을 말하며, 이것 들은 특정오일에 한정되지 않는다.
이러한 에센셜오일을 수용액상에서 용해시켜주는 계면활성제로서는 친수성이 강한 일킬폴리에틸렌계, 알킬솔비탄계, 알킬에테르계 등의 다양한 게면 활성제를 1종 또는 2종이상 조합하여 사용할 수 있으며 그의 종류 및 배합량과 조합방법에 한정하지 않는다.
살균제로서는 트리크로산, 에리스로마이신, 살리실산, 이미다졸리디닐우레아, 페녹시에탄올 등의 살균효과가 있는 것을 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유 할 수 있다.
수화된 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체 젤을 붕괴시키는 작용을 할 수 있는 전해질로서는 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 명반, 알파히드록시산 등으로서 1종 또는 2종이상의 것을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.
사용방법은 제 1 제를 물에 넣고 젤화 시킨 뒤 마사지를 하여 혈행을 촉진시켜 부종이 완화 될 수 있도록 하고, 제 2 제를 투입하여 젤을 붕괴시키고 제 2 제에 함유하고 있는 살균제로서 미생물이나 균을 살균할 수 있도록 해준다.
<실시예 1~10>
발관리 화장료의 제조
표 1의 조성비에 따라 실시예 1~4를 단순 혼합하여 제 1 제 100g을 제조하였다.
표 2의 조성비에 따라 실시예 5~10을 단순 혼합하여 제 2 제 10g을 제조하였다.
<비교예 1~2>
표 1의 조성비에 따라 비교예 1을 단순 혼합하여 제 1 제 100g을 제조하였다.
표 2의 조성비에 따라 비교예 2를 단순 혼합하여 제 2 제 10g을 제조하였다.

<시험예 1>
제 1 제를 사용하여 그의 부종완화에 대한 효과를 파악하기 위해 20~30세의 건장한 남녀 중 부종이 있는 각 5 명씩을 선발하여 실시예 1~3을 사용하게 하여 그 결과를 5점 척도로 점수화하여 표 3에 나타내었다.

표 3의 결과를 볼 때 소듐 폴리아크릴에이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체와 스크럽제가 들어간 실시예 1의 경우가 부종의 완화에 대한 효과가 가장 우수한 것으로나타났다.
<시험예 2>
제 1 제를 사용하여 그의 아로마콜로지효과에 대한 유효성을 파악하기 위해 동일한 지원자에게 실시예 1과 실시예 4를 사용하게한뒤 그의 효과를 5점 척도로 점수화하여 표 4에 나타내었다.

표 4의 결과를 볼 때 소듐 폴리아크릴에이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체와 스크럽제 및 에센샬오일을 함유한 실시예 1에서 , 실시예 4와 비교예 1에 비교하여 피시험자는 아로마콜로지 효과를 느끼는 것을 확인하였다.
<시험예 3>
제 1 제의 젤을 붕괴시키는 효과를 알아보기 위해 제 1 제 100g을 물 10리터에 넣고 젤을 만든 후 제 2 제 10g을 넣어 젤의 붕괴되는 정도를 3단계로 구분하여 파악 하여 그 결과를 표 5에 나타내었다.

표 5의 결과를 볼 때 소듐 폴리아크릴에이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체 젤을 붕괴시키는 것에는 NaCl이 명반보다 효과적이었음을 알 수 있었다.
<시험예 4>
제 2 제의 살균효과를 알아보기 위해 동일한 피시험자에게 각각 실시예 1을 10리터의 물에 넣어 젤을 만든 후 발을 맛사지하게 한 후 제 2 제인 실시예 5~7을 각각 사용하게 한 뒤 발의 냄새 제거효과를 5점 척도로 그의 효과를 파악하여 표 6에 나타내었다.
사용 횟수는 피시험자에게 3일간 3회 사용하게 하였다.

표 6의 결과로부터 2일째부터는 에리스로마이신과 트리크로산 및 살리실산이 들어간 실시예 5~7에서 발 냄새의 제거 효과가 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다.
<시험예 5>
제 1 제를 냉/온수에 각각 넣었을 때 보온의 효과가 있는지를 파악하기위해 제1제인 실시예 1과 비교예 1을 10℃의 냉수10리터와 45℃온수 10리터에 각각 투입하고 15분 간격으로 온도를 측정하여 온도변화(온도 유지정도)를 파악하여 표 7에 나타내었다.

표7의 결과로부터 소듐 폴리아크릴에이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체가 들어간 실시예 1의 보온효과가 특별히 우수하였다.
본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 부종 완화 및 보온 효과가 우수하며, 발 냄새 제거 및 항균 효과 또한 우수하다. 또, 피로완화의 효과도 우수하다.
Claims (5)
- 물에서 팽윤되는 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체와, 보습제인 폴리올, 및 스크럽제인 구상 중합체를 배합한 제 1 제와 ; 트리크로산, 에리스로마이신, 살리실산, 이미다졸리디닐우레아, 및 페녹시에탄올로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 살균 방부제 및 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체를 붕괴시키는 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 명반, 및 알파히드록시산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 전해질을 배합한 제 2 제로 구성되는 발관리 전용 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아로마콜로지 효과를 갖는 에센셜오일 및 이의 용해작용을 하는 계면활성제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리아크릴산 공중합체는 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리머 또는 폴리머집합체로서 중합도가 m+n=30~500인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물:상기 식에서, M+는 Na+이고, m과 n은 각각 0 또는 1 이상의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 구상 중합체는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리아크릴아미드 또는 폴리아크릴비닐 중합체이고 다공성 또는 진구 상으로 만들어진 직경 0.1mm~1mm의 스크럽인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제와 제 2 제는 순차적으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
