Claims (10)
- 냉각제용 공동 공급관(2) 및 공동 귀환관(3)을 지니는 복수개의 터보과급 디젤 엔진(1)을 포함하는 공동의 담수냉각 시스템을 구비한 다기관 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 엔진(1)은 그 냉각 시스템에 적어도 과급공기 냉각기(11), 고온회로(HT), 및 저온회로(LT)를 포함하며,상기 고온회로(4)는, 공동의 공급관(2)에 연결되어, 제 1 온도 센서(12)에 의해 제어되며, 엔진으로부터의 고온회로 배출관(8)으로 부터 재순환된 냉각수와 필요에 따라 보다 찬 냉각수를 고온회로 분배관(7)의 제 1 순환 펌프(9)에서 엔진으로 공급하는 제 1 의 3방향 밸브(6)를 포함하며, 상기 엔진으로 부터의 고온회로 배출관은 공동의 귀환관(3)과 유동 연통하고 제 1의 3방향 밸브에 연결되며,상기 저온 회로(5)는 공동의 공급관(2)에 연결되어, 제 2 온도 센서(21)에 의해 제어되며 저온회로 배출관(15)으로 부터 재순환된 냉각수와 필요에 따라 보다 찬 냉각수를 저온회로 분배관(14)의 제 2 순환 펌프(18)에서 과급냉각기(11)에 공급하는 제 2 의 3방향 밸브(13)를 포함하며, 상기 저온회로 분배관은 공동의 귀환관(3)과 유동 연통하고 제 2 의 3방향 밸브(13)에 연결되며,상기 과급 냉각기(11)는, 엔진으로의 고온회로 분배관(7)의 일부인 제 1 단계(10)와 저온회로의 일부로서 제어 밸브(16)에 연결되는 제 2 단계로 구성되는 2단계(two-step) 냉각기이며, 상기 제어 밸브(16)는 저온회로 배출관에 연결되어 엔진 부하에 따라 과급 냉각기의 제 2 단계를 통하여 냉각제 유동을 위하여 폐쇄 또는 다소 개방될 수 있는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 온도센서(12)는 엔진으로부터 고온회로의 배출관(8)의 냉각수 온도를 측정하고, 제 1의 3방향 밸브(6)는 상기 배출관의 냉각수 온도가 엔진부하에 상관없이 사실상 일정하도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 온도센서(21)는 순환펌프(18)와 연결된 분배관(14)의 냉각수 온도를 측정하고, 제 2의 3방향 밸브(13)는 상기 분배관의 냉각수 온도가 엔진부하에 상관없이 사실상 일정하도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진(1)들중 적어도 하나는 파워제너레이터를 구동시킬 수 있으며, 상기 엔진들중 적어도 두 번째는 선박 추진용으로 사용되고, 고온회로의 모든 배출관들은 통수관(22)을 통하여 서로 연결되어 있으며, 선박 추진용으로 사용된 엔진으로부터의 뜨거운 냉각수가 상기 통수관을 통하여 대기중인 상태의 제너레이터에 연결된 엔진을 통과하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 순환펌프(9,18)는 각각 엔진 부하와 관계없이 관련된 회로에서 사실상 일정한 양의 냉각수를 순환시키는 것을 특징으로하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저온회로(5)는 과급 공기 냉각기로부터 배출관(15)이 윤활유 냉각기(17)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 선박의 주 엔진의 냉각수 냉각기는 공동 귀환관(3)의 냉각수를 냉각시키며, 다기관장치에서 순수하게 동력 발생용의 보조 엔진들은 고온회로와 저온회로에 냉각기들이 없도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공동의 귀환관(3)의 냉각수는엔진들에 공동인 냉각수 냉각기(28)에 의해 냉각되며, 상기 엔진들은 고온회로(4)와 저온회로(5)에 냉각수 냉각기들이 없도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저온회로의 제어 밸브(16)의 제어부와 제 2 온도센서(21)는, 엔진이 그 인입 공기의 높은 습도와 매우 높은 온도의 열대 조건에서 운전될 때 과급공기 냉각기(11)로부터의 배출시에 과급공기가 공기중의 습도에 대한 응축 한계값 이상의 온도를 갖도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
- 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 펌프(9,18)들, 2개의 3방향 밸브(6,13), 제어 밸브(16), 윤활유 냉각기(17), 과급공기 냉각기(11) 및, 관련된 관연결부는 엔진의 일단부에 모두 위치하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기관장치.
