Claims (7)
- 3상의 입력전원으로부터 전류를 변환하기 위한 변류기;상기 변류기의 출력신호에 의해 역률을 검출하기 위한 역률 검출기;상기 역률 검출기에 의해 검출된 신호를 스위치 ON/OFF 하는 스위칭부, 상기 스위칭부에 의한 출력 신호의 고조파 제거 및 파형을 개선하기 위한 노이즈 제거를 하는 직렬 리액터부, 진상 무효전력을 공급하여 부하에 역률을 개선하는 콘덴서부, 상기 콘덴서부의 잔류 전류를 방전시키는 방전 코일부를 포함하여 자동으로 역률을 보정하는 복수개의 자동 조정기; 및상기 입력전원에 연결되고, 각 상의 권수비가 1:2:1로 이루어져 서로 교차되는 전력라인, 각 상의 권수비가 1:1:1:1로 이루어져 서로 교차되는 전압유도 권선부 및 전압편차를 조정하기 위한 복수개의 마그네틱 콘텍터를 포함하며 Y결선되는 절전기를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 절전형 자동 역률 조정 장치.

- 입력전원으로부터 변류기에 의해 전류를 변환하는 단계;상기 변환되어진 전류를 통해 역률을 검출하는 단계;상기 검출한 역률로부터 상기 역률 검출기에 셋팅된 값으로 스위칭부를 자동으로 ON/OFF 하는 단계;상기 스위칭부에 의한 ON/OFF 신호의 고조파 제거 및 파형 개선을 위한 노이즈 제거 단계;상기 노이즈가 제거된 신호를 통해 진상 무효전력을 공급하여 부하의 역률을 개선하는 단계;콘덴서의 잔류 전하를 방전하는 단계; 및절전기에서 마그네틱 콘택터에 의해 1차와 2차의 전압 편차를 조정하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 절전형 자동 역률 조정 방법.
