- 담배 (Nicotiana tabacumcv. Samsun NN andNicotiana tabacumcv. Xanthi) 유래의 식물병 저항성 발현 유도 유전자 Tsip1을 pMBP2에 삽입하여 구축함을 특징으로 하는, 도 11의 개열지도로 표시되는 재조합 벡터 pMBP2-Tsip1.
- 제 1항 기재의 재조합 벡터 pMBP2-Tsip1을 아그로박테리움 LBA4404 (Agrobacterium tumefacienceLBA4404) 균주에 도입함을 특징으로 하는 식물병 저항성 발현 유도 형질전환세균균주 pMBP2-Tsip1/LBA4404 (KFCC-11235).
