Abstract
The present invention is to reduce the noise and vibration of the train by using the sleeper support of rubber material unlike the conventional gravel or concrete. The sleeper support is formed of a rubber material, and a receiving space having sidewalls is formed to receive and support the sleeper at a predetermined height from the bottom. On the other hand, the present invention provides a construction method of the track using the sleeper support described above. The construction method of this track is to assemble the sleeper support and the sleeper in the fixed position, install the rails and fasteners on the sleeper, spray the gravel along the track to increase the longitudinal longitudinal resistance and reduce the noise.
Description
The present invention relates to a sleeper support and a construction method of the track using the same, and more particularly to a sleeper support for supporting the load of the train and a construction method of the track using the same.
Generally, on gravel roads, sleepers are installed at regular intervals in the direction of the tracks by using angular gravel to minimize the amount of settlement due to the load when driving the train, and rail pads are mounted on both sides of the upper side of the sleepers, The left and right sides of the rail to be seated are fixedly supported by fasteners.
On the other hand, in the concrete phase developed in place of the above gravel phase, noise and vibrations caused by friction of wheels and rails during train operation are transmitted to sleepers and phases, and noise and vibration in the vehicle are generated, resulting in uncomfortable riding comfort. Therefore, in designing a track structure in the field of tracks, expensive track structures are selected to reduce them, but it is difficult to select a track structure in consideration of constructability, economic feasibility, and maintainability.
The present invention is to solve such a problem, an object of the present invention is to provide a new type of sleeper support and construction method using the same that can reduce the maintenance cost while reducing noise and vibration as much as possible.

According to a feature of the present invention for achieving the above object, the present invention is to reduce the noise and vibration of the train by using a rubber sleeper support (rubber phase). The sleeper support is formed of a rubber material, and a receiving space having sidewalls is formed to receive and support a sleeper, which is fastened to the upper side and fastens the sleeper fixing the rail from a lower level, from a lower portion.
Such sleeper supports further have a fastening structure on at least one side, and can be fixed with other sleeper supports adjacent by using a connecting bar.
According to another feature of the present invention for achieving the above object, the present invention provides a construction method of the track using the sleeper support described above. The construction method of this track is to assemble the sleeper support and the sleeper in the fixed position, install the rails and fasteners on the sleeper, spray the gravel along the track to increase the longitudinal longitudinal resistance and reduce the noise.
In the construction method, the forming of the gravel phase may further include spraying the gravel on the sleeper support.
As described above, the present invention receives the load acting on the rail primarily from the sleeper, and secondly, receives the sleeper support manufactured using waste tires, natural rubber, and the like, thereby significantly reducing noise and vibration.
In general, the noise and vibration is reduced only to the existing dust pad and the dust box in the concrete bed, but the track using the sleeper support of the present invention reduces the noise and vibration while acting as a buffer between the civil structure and the sleeper to the front support. . Spraying gravel on the sleeper supports can further reduce noise and vibration. In addition, the construction capacity can be improved by minimizing various work processes such as formwork, ready-mixed concrete laying, curing, etc. for placing concrete statues, and can reduce maintenance costs like concrete statues. In addition, there is an advantage that the construction capacity can be improved and improved at low cost when the gravel road of the subway is adopted as a method of improving the concrete road.
