Claims (6)
- 가스 형태의 휘발성 유기염소 화합물이 하강하면서 단계별로 미생물에 접촉될 수 있도록 높이방향을 따라 단계별로 구분되고, 상기 휘발성 유기염소 화합물을 공동대사(Cometabolism) 반응으로 산화시켜 제거하도록 하기 위해 상기 미생물의 배양환경을 조성할 수 있는 칩 형태의 세라믹 충전물(71)이 각 단계별로 무작위로 적층되는 반응기(70);상기 반응기(70)에 단계별로 대응 연결되어 상기 미생물의 에너지원으로 톨루엔을 공급하기 위해 액상의 톨루엔이 내포되는 복수개의 톨루엔 임핀저(50);상기 톨루엔 임핀저(50) 중 선택되는 어느 하나에 연결되어 톨루엔과 더불어 상기 반응기(70)에 휘발성 유기염소 화합물을 공급하기 위해 액상의 휘발성 유기염소 화합물이 내포되는 TCE 임핀저(40);상기 반응기(70)에 공급되는 톨루엔 및 휘발성 유기염소 화합물의 역류를 방지하도록 상기 톨루엔 임핀저(50) 및 TCE 임핀저(40)의 출구에 각각 구비되는 체크밸브(80); 및상기 톨루엔 및 TCE를 휘발시켜 상기 반응기(70)에 가스 형태로 제공하도록 상기 각 톨루엔 임핀저(50) 및 TCE 임핀저(40)에 각각 대응 연결되어 고압의 공기를 일정유량으로 공급하기 위한 질량유량 컨트롤러(30) 및 에어펌프(10);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기염소 화합물 제거용 생물여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반응기(70)에는 상기 미생물에 일정한 유량으로 영양염료를 제공하도록 상기 영양염료가 내포되고, 유량조절 펌프(91)가 구비되는 교반기(90)가 일측에 더 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기염소 화합물 제거용 생물여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반응기(70)에는 전도되는 열이 대류하면서 내부 온도가 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 일정수온의 물을 포함하는 워터 자켓(72)이 외측에 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기염소 화합물 제거용 생물여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 질량유량 컨트롤러(30)에는 질량유량을 단위시간별로 체크할 수 있는 질량유량 체크박스(35)가 전기적으로 더 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기염소 화합물 제거용 생물여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 TCE 임핀저(40)에는 연속적으로 유입되는 고압의 공기로 물을 기화시켜 상기 반응기(70) 내에 일정하게 수분을 공급하면서 휘발성 유기염소 화합물 및 동반 공급되는 톨루엔의 농도를 조절하도록 물이 내포되는 워터 임핀저(60)가 더 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기염소 화합물 제거용 생물여과장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 에어펌프(10)는 방출되는 공기에 혼재된 수분 및 이물질을 제거하기 위한 여과필터(11) 및 상기 각 질량유량 컨트롤러(30)에 방출공기의 압력을 일정하게 조절하여 공급하기 위한 공압 레귤레이터(20)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기염소 화합물 제거용 생물여과장치.
