Description

음영효과가 양호한 무지직물의 제직 방법{Weaving method of having fine shaded effect achromatic color cloth}Weaving method of having fine shaded effect achromatic color cloth}

The present invention relates to a method of weaving nonwoven fabrics with good shading effect. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for providing a beautiful and elegant nonwoven fabric without a separate processing process by imparting a shading effect when weaving a fabric.

Conventionally, in order to obtain nonwoven fabrics, we produced nonwoven fabrics with shading effects after weaving them into achromatic colors and printing them. This is not only the effect of shading is obvious, but also has to go through separate processing processes. There was a drawback that the price of the product was increased, and there was a drawback that the shading effect was lowered due to the discoloration of the dye when used for a long time, and there were many defects in the health of craftsmen following the printing process. Women's shawls have a disadvantage in that the printing dyes come into direct contact with the skin, which adversely affects fit and hygiene.

MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM The present inventor solves the various drawbacks of the nonwoven fabric obtained by post-processing, such as conventional printing, and provides the nonwoven fabric which is good for hygiene more effectively, beautiful, elegant, and good shading effect without going through a post-processing process. Years of research in order to develop the results have led to the present invention.

The present invention will be described below in detail with the embodiment of the present invention. The present invention uses a warp yarn 1 having a medium brightness (brightness 4-6) and a weft yarn 2 of dark color (brightness 3 or less) as the weft yarn. Prepare light weft yarns (brightness 5-7) (3) and light yarns (brightness 7 or higher) (4), and make a canon with an integer multiple of the desired length (e.g. shawls). Initially, 20-30 pieces of dark colored wefts (2) of brightness 3 or less are encased, followed by 4-5 pieces of light wefts (4) of lightness 5-7. 5) After adding 2-3 bones, repeat the same process 4-10 times. After that, weaving dark wefts (2) with lightness less than or equal to 3 (15) and light wefts with lightness of 5-7 brightness. Repeat the process of infiltrating 5-10 books and brightly colored weft yarns of brightness 7 or more (4) 3-5 copies again 4-10 times, after which again reduce the number of dark weft yarns of brightness 3 or less (2) Pattern of brightly colored weft (4) more than brightness 7 In the center part of the product, we use only brightly colored wefts and weaving them in the reverse order of weaving after passing through the center part of the product. Both ends of the product are woven into the dark part (5) and the center part becomes the bright part (6). It is possible to obtain a fabric as shown in Fig. 2, in which the shading effect is clear and beautiful. Of course, the number of wefts and the number of repetitions of the various wefts described above are the desired length or the light part (6) and the dark part, or the dark part (5). It is not limited to the above number because it can be selected at random according to the ratio of the above, in the above description of the weaving method of the bright part of the center of the product, but to make both ends of the bright part is to reverse the weaving order.

The present invention prepares the weft yarns in different colors when weaving and engraves the wefts of different colors into different heads, so that the shading effect is not only clear but also solves the economical and hygienic temporal shortcomings due to post-processing. It is a very useful invention that can be obtained.
