Claims (3)
- 내주면에 실링(40)과 접하는 턱(52)이 형성된 소켓몸체(50);체결수단에 의해 소켓몸체(50)와 일체로 결합되고, 내주면에는 이탈방지용 안전링(42)과 록킹링(44)이 위치되어 걸리는 홈(62)(64)이 축방향으로 각각 형성되어 있는 코킹링(60);외주면에 이탈방지용 안전링(42)과 록킹링(44)이 위치되는 홈(72)(74)이 축방향으로 각각 형성되어 있는 니플(70);소켓몸체(50)에 형성된 턱(52)과 코킹링(60)의 내측단부가 이루는 홈(54)으로 삽입되어 니플(70)의 외주면과 소켓몸체(50)의 내주면 사이에서 가압밀착되는 실링(40);니플(70)의 외주면에 형성된 리브(76)의 모서리부분과 코킹링(60)의 내주면에 형성된 홈(64)의 구석부분에 걸리면서 니플(70)의 걸림을 유지하는 록킹링(44); 및니플(70)의 외주면에 형성된 또 다른 리브(78)의 모서리부분과 코킹링(60)의 내주면에 형성된 또 다른 홈(62)의 구석부분에 걸리면서 니플(70)의 가결합상태를 유지하는 이탈방지용 안전링(42)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 커플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소켓몸체(50)와 코킹링(60)을 결합하기 위한 체결수단은 코킹링(60)의 외주면을 따라 원주방향으로 환형 코킹홈(69)을 형성하고, 소켓몸체(50)의 끝부분을 이 코킹홈(69)으로 절곡하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 튜브 커플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코킹링(60)과 니플(70)이 결합되면서 이루는 접촉면의 축방향 단면형상은 니플(70)의 끝 부분으로 갈수록 직경이 단계적으로 작아지는 계단형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 커플러.
