Claims (45)
- 담체 상에 촉매의 단일 금속 성분을 차례로 분산시키고 교대시킴으로써 수득되는 이금속 촉매의 존재 하에, 할로겐화 촉진제 및 산 촉진제를 함유하는 용매 매질 중, 수소와 산소의 직접 반응을 이용한 과산화수소의 합성 방법에 있어서, 촉매의 금속 성분이 팔라듐 및 백금인 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매가 0.01 내지 5 중량% 범위의 양의 팔라듐 및 0.01 내지 1 중량% 범위의 양의 백금을 함유하고, 백금/팔라듐의 원자비는 0.1/99.9 내지 50/50 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 촉매가 0.4 내지 2 중량% 범위의 양의 팔라듐 및 0.05 내지 0.5 중량% 범위의 양의 백금을 함유하고, 백금/팔라듐의 원자비는 1/99 내지 30/70 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 담체가 활성탄, 술폰기로 관능화된 활성탄, 실리카, 알루미나, 실리카-알루미나 및 제올라이트로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 담체가, 회분(灰分) 함량이 낮고, 표면적이 100 ㎡/g 이상인 활성탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 활성탄의 표면적이 300 ㎡/g 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이금속 촉매가 하기 단계들:(a) 촉매계의 단일 금속 성분의 전구체의 용액 또는 현탁액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 담체 상에 (a)에서 수득된 용액 또는 현탁액을 차례로 분산시키는 단계;(c) 하나의 분산과 다른 분산 사이에 금속의 환원제로 촉매를 처리하고 120 내지 140℃ 에서 건조시키는 단계에 의해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 단계 (b) 및 (c) 가 1 회 또는 수 회 반복될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 금속의 전구체가 아세테이트, 할라이드 또는 니트레이트로부터 선택되는 그의 가용성 착체 또는 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 담체 상에 촉매계의 단일 금속 성분의 전구체를 분산시키는 것을 침전, 함침 또는 흡착을 이용하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 금속의 환원을, 수소, 소듐 포르미에이트 또는 시트르산나트륨에서 선택되는 환원 물질을 사용한 화학 처리, 열 처리, 또는 상기 화학 처리 및 열처리로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응 매질이 물, C1-C3알콜 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 알콜이 메탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 반응 매질이 알콜:물의 중량비가 50:50 내지 99.9:0.1 의 범위인 알콜:물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 알콜:물의 중량비가 90:10 내지 99:1 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 촉진제가 액체 반응 매질에서 할로겐 이온을 발생시킬 수 있는 물질로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 촉진제가, 알칼리성 브로마이드, 브롬산나트륨 또는 브롬화암모늄에서 선택된 반응 매질에 가용성인 브롬화수소산의 염 및 브롬화수소산에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 화합물이 브롬화수소산, 브롬화나트륨 또는 브롬화칼륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 촉진제의 농도가 용액 1 kg 당 0.1 내지 50 mg 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 촉진제의 농도가 용액 1 kg 당 1 내지 10 mg 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 28 항에 있어서, 촉매가 반응 매질 1 ℓ당 촉매에 함유된 전체 금속 10-4내지 10-3mol 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응을 -5 내지 90℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
