Claims (13)
- PTC 소자를 구비하는 차량용 프리히터의 히트 로드 조립체에 있어서,채널형의 하측 히트 로드(110)와;상기 하측 히트 로드(110)의 바닥부에 배치되되, 상부에는 바닥 홈(125)과, 이 바닥 홈(125)의 측부에 연속적으로 형성되어 있는 계단홈(124)이 길이방향으로 연장되는 인슐레이터(120)와;상기 인슐레이터(120)의 바닥 홈(125)에 배치되는 (+)단자(130)와;상기 인슐레이터(120)의 계단홈(124)에서 (+)단자와 접하여 배치되는 PTC 소자(140)와;상기 하측 히트 로드(110)의 개방부를 덮는 상측 히트 로드(150)와;를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 인슐레이터(120)의 계단홈(124)에는 길이방향 간격이 상기 PTC 소자(140)의 길이와 일치하는 끼움 돌기(122)(122)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트 로드 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하측 히트 로드(110)의 상부 에지부가 안쪽으로 꺽여져서 상기 상측 히트 로드(150)의 에지부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트 로드 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하측 히트 로드(110)의 내면 폭 치수는 상기 인슐레이터(120)의 외면 폭 치수와 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트 로드 조립체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인슐레이터(120)의 표면에는, 길이방향 양 단부에 (+)단자(130)의 결합구멍과 결합하기 위한 고정용 돌기(123)가 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트 로드 조립체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인슐레이터(120)의 바닥 홈(125)에는, 상기 PTC 소자(140)가 배치되는 부분에 개구(121)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트 로드 조립체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 히트 로드 조립체(100)와:상기 히트 로드 조립체(100)의 양측에 각각 나란하게 배열된 히트 핀 조립체(200)와;상기 히트 핀 조립체(200)와 나란히 배열된 (-)단자(300)와;상기 히트 로드 조립체(100), 히트 핀 조립체(200), 및 (-)단자(300)의 결합체 양 측단부(側端部)에 각각 결합되어 있는 프레임(600)(900)과;상기 히트 로드 조립체(100), 히트 핀 조립체(200), (-)단자(300), 및 프레임(600)(900)의 결합체를 양 종단부(縱端部)에서 서로 결합하는 하우징(400)(800)과;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 프리히터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 히트 로드 조립체(100), 히트 핀 조립체(200), 및 (-)단자(300)의 길이방향 중도(中途)에서, 함께 묶어서 결합하는 체결수단(500)을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 프리히터.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 체결수단(500)은, 상기 히트 로드 조립체(100), 히트 핀 조립체(200), 및 (-)단자(300)의 결합체 상하면에서 측방향을 따라 양 프레임(600)(900)을 연결하는 클립인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 프리히터.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 프레임(600)(900)은 채널형으로 되어 있어, 상기 클립의 단부가 절곡되어 채널의 플랜지(flange)에 밀접하게 걸쳐지고, 상기 하우징(400)(800)에는 상기채널형 프레임(600)(900)의 단부가 삽입되는 결합홈(450)(850)이 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 프리히터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 히트 핀 조립체(200)는, 코루게이트 핀(210)을 핀 플레이트(220)에 길이방향으로 고정 결합한 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 프리히터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 양 프레임(600)(900)은 핀 보호구(700)를 개재하여 히트 핀 조립체(200)와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 프리히터.
