Claims (8)
- 프리폼(10)의 인발성형과 취입성형으로 열가소성 물질 용기들의 제조 기계로 이 기계에는 기계의 틀(46)과 비교하여 그 축(A1) 주위로 계속된 방식의 회전으로 구동되는 회전대(14) 상에 장착되어 있는 여러 주형단(12)들이 있고, 각각의 단(12)이 취입성형 실행 중에 프리폼(10)의 인발성형을 보장하기 위해 그 축(An)에 따라 미끄럼 운동으로 조종되는 최소한 하나의 인발롯드(20)를 갖추고 있는 것에 있어서, 인발롯드(20)가 회전대(14)의 회전 축(A1) 주위에 배열된 적어도 하나의 고정 자기 유도장치(36)(38)(40)(42)와 인발롯드(20)와 연동되어 있고 적어도 하나의 자기 스케이트(32)(34)가 있는 작은 홈(24)을 갖고 있는 자기 장치로 조종되며, 스케이트와 유도장치가 회전대(14)의 각 위치의 변화에 따라서 유동장치가 정해진 각 이동을 작은 홈(24)이 받아들이도록 자기 결합으로 협동함을 특징으로 하는 인발롯드의 자기 조종장치를 갖춘 인발-취입성형 회전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기 결합이 접촉 없이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스케이트(32)(34)와 유도장치(36)(38)(40) (42)가 작은 홈(24)의 이동 축(aN) 방향과 직각 방향으로 서로 비교하여 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
- 제1항-제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유도장치가 여러 섹션으로 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
- 제1항-제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기계에 나란히 배열되어 있는 한 쌍의 두 유동장치(36)(38)(40)(42)가 있고, 작은 홈(24)이 한 쌍의 두 유도장치 사이를 순환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
- 제1항-제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 자기 스케이트 중 하나가 영구 자석 형태로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 작은 홈(24)이 제1축 이동 방향에 따라 홈(24)을 조종하는 유도장치(36)(38)와 협동하는 적어도 하나의 영구 자석(32)을 갖고 그 반대 방향으로 홈을 조정하는 적어도 하나의 영구 자석(34)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
- 제1항-제7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 홈(24)이 회전대(28)(14)와 연계된 자석 수단(48)(50)으로 말단의 각 위치 내에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계.
