Claims (17)
- 수지 성형품을 성형품별로, 상당 직경이 1 내지 50 mm의 범위에 있는 분쇄 수지가 70 % 이상이 되도록 분쇄하는 분쇄 수단과,상기 분쇄 수지를, 상기 성형품별로 투명부를 구비한 수용 주머니에 수용시키는 수용 수단과,상기 수용 주머니 내의 상기 분쇄 수지에 상기 투명부를 통해서 빛을 조사하여, 그 반사광을 기초로 하여 상기 분쇄 수지의 종류를 판별하여 각 수용 주머니를 수지 종별로 분별하는 분별 수단과,상기 분별 수단에 의해 분별된 각 수용 주머니로부터 분쇄 수지를 취출하여 각 수지종별로 각각 세정하여 상기 분쇄 수지 표면의 이물질을 제거하는 세정 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 재활용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정 수단에 의해 세정된 분쇄 수지와 이물질의 혼합물로부터 이물질을 분리하여 분쇄 수지를 회수하는 회수 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 재활용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정 수단은, 세정 용기와 상기 세정 용기 내에 설치된 교반 부재를 구비하고, 세정 용기 내벽 및/또는 교반 부재 표면의 적어도 일부에 분쇄 수지 표면의 이물질을 제거하기 위한 연마면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 재활용 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세정 수단은, 세정 용기와 상기 세정 용기 내에 설치된 교반 부재를 구비하고, 세정 용기 내벽 및/또는 교반 부재 표면의 적어도 일부에 분쇄 수지 표면의 이물질을 제거하기 위한 연마면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 재활용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용 주머니를 반송하기 위한 반송 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 분별 수단은, 상기 반송 수단의 반송 경로상의 소정의 판별 위치의 근방에 설치되고, 해당 판별 위치를 통과하는 수용 주머니의 투명부를 통해서 상기 수용 주머니 내의 분쇄 수지에 빛을 조사하여, 그 반사광을 기초로 하여 상기 분쇄 수지의 종류를 판별하는 판별 수단과,판별된 분쇄 수지의 종류와, 상기 분쇄 수지의 수용 주머니가 반송 경로상의 소정의 분별 위치에 도달해야 하는 도달 예정 시각을, 대응하여 기억하는 기억 수단을 포함하고,상기 소정의 분별 위치 근방에 설치되고, 상기 분별 위치에 도달하는 수용 주머니 내의 분쇄 수지의 종류를, 현재 시각과 동일한 도달 예정 시각에 대응하여 기억되어 있는 종류인 것으로 하여 각 수용 주머니를 분별 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 재활용 장치.
