Claims (21)

  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 단계(b)는 상기 주위 잡음 레벨에 따라서 오디오 응답 메시지를 형성함으로써 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 단계(c)에 앞서, 디지털 신호 처리기(DSP)에 상기 오디오 응답 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는데, 상기 단계(c)는 상기 DSP에 의해 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 방법.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 단계(c)에 앞서, 상기 오디오 응답 메시지로부터 오디오 응답 파라미터를 추출하여 상기 오디오 응답 파라미터를 디지털 신호 처리기 필터 루틴으로 대체시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 단계(b)는 전용 필터 회로의 응답을 수정함으로써 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 방법.
  11. 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답을 동적으로 변경시키는 방법으로서,
    (a) 마이크로폰 입력을 사용하여 주위 잡음 레벨을 샘플링함으로써 상기 주위 잡음 레벨을 결정하는 단계 및,
    (b) 충실도와 관계없이 높은 오디오 주파수 이득을 위하여 낮은 오디오 주파수 이득을 희생시킴으로써 상기 주위 잡음 레벨에 따라서 낮은 오디오 주파수 이득에 대하여 높은 오디오 주파수 이득을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 방법.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 주위 잡음 레벨이 증가할 때, 상기 단계(b)는 상기 낮은 오디오 주파수에 대하여 상기 높은 오디오 주파수 이득을 증가시킴으로써 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 방법.
  13. 무선 수신기의 오디로 응답을 동적으로 변경시키는 장치로서,
    주위 잡음 레벨을 샘플링하는 마이크로폰 입력을 구비하여 상기 주위 잡음 레벨을 결정하는 수단과,
    상기 주위 잡음 레벨에 따라서 오디오 응답 메시지를 형성하는 제어기 및;
    충실도와 관계없이 높은 오디오 주파수의 이득을 위하여 낮은 오디오 주파수의 이득을 희생시킴으로써 상기 오디오 응답 메시지에 따라서 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답을 조절하는 디지털 신호 처리기(DSP)를 구비하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 제어기는 오디오 파라미터의 어레이를 액세스하고 상기 샘플링된 주위 잡음 레벨에 대응하는 파라미터를 선택함으로써 상기 오디오 응답 메시지를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  15. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 제어기는 주위 잡음 레벨의 범위에 대응하는 오티오 파라미터의 어레이를 규정하기 위하여 수신 오디오 통과대역을 적어도 저 주파수 및 고 주파수 서브대역으로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 제어기는 상기 오디오 파라미터의 어레이를 액세스하고 상기 샘플링된 주위 잡음 레벨에 대응하는 파라미터를 선택함으로써 상기 오디오 응답 메시지를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  17. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 DSP는 낮은 오디오 주파수 이득에 대하여 높은 오디오 주파수 이득을 조절함으로써 상기 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  18. 제 17 항에 있어서,
    상기 DSP는 상기 주위 잡음 레벨이 증가할 때 상기 낮은 오디오 주파수에 대하여 상기 높은 오디오 주파수 이득을 증가시킴으로써 상기 오디오 응답을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  19. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 DSP는 상기 오디오 응답 메시지로부터 오디오 응답 파라미터를 추출하여 상기 오디오 응답 파라미터를 DSP 필터 루틴으로 대체시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  20. 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답을 동적으로 변경시키는 장치로서,
    주위 잡음 레벨을 샘플링하는 마이크로폰 입력을 구비하여 상기 주위 잡음 레벨을 결정하는 수단 및,
    충실도와 관계없이 높은 오디오 주파수의 이득을 위하여 낮은 오디오 주파수의 이득을 희생시킴으로써 상기 주위 잡음 레벨에 따라서 낮은 오디오 주파수 이득에 대하여 높은 오디오 주파수 이득을 조절하는 수단을 구비하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
  21. 제 20 항에 있어서,
    상기 조절 수단은 상기 주위 잡음 레벨이 증가할 때 낮은 오디오 주파수에 대하여 높은 오디오 주파수의 이득을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 수신기의 오디오 응답 동적 변경 장치.
