Claims (6)
- (A) 45∼95 중량부의 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지;(B) (B-1) (B-1.1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, C1-C8메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 이들의 혼합물 50∼95 중량부와 (B-1.2) 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-C8메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐 N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5∼50 중량부로 구성된 5∼95 중량부의 단량체 혼합물을 (B-2) 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔의 삼원공중합체(EPDM), 폴리오가노실록산/폴리알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 고무 복합체 중 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 중합체 5∼95 중량부에 그라프트 중합하여 얻은 1∼50 중량부의 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체;(C) (C-1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, C1-C8메타크릴산 알킬에스테르류, C1-C8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 이들의 혼합물 50∼95 중량부와 (C-2) 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-C8메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐 N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5∼50 중량부를 공중합하여 얻은 0∼50 중량부의 비닐계 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물;(D) (D-1) 하기식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 단량체형 인산 에스테르 모폴리드 화합물 5∼95 중량부 및 (D-2) 하기식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 올리고머형 인산 에스테르계 화합물 또는 그 혼합물 95∼5 중량부의 혼합물로서, 상기 기초수지 구성성분 (A)+(B)+(C) 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼30 중량부인 유기 인계 화합물의 혼합물:상기식(Ⅰ)에서, R1은 같거나 서로 독립적으로 C6-C20아릴 또는 알킬 치환된 C6-C20아릴기이고, x는 1 또는 2이고;상기식(Ⅱ)에서, R2, R3, R5및 R6은 각각 독립적으로 C6-C20아릴 또는 알킬 치환된 C6-C20아릴기이고, R4는 C6-C30아릴렌 또는 알킬 치환된 C6-C30아릴렌기이고, n은 반복 단위의 수를 나타내고, n의 평균값은 0.3에서 5이고; 그리고(E) 상기 기초수지 구성성분 (A)+(B)+(C) 100 중량부에 대하여 평균 입자 크기가 0.05∼1,000 ㎛이고, 밀도가 1.2∼2.3 g/㎤인 0.05∼5 중량부의 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기식(Ⅰ)의 R1이 페닐기, 나프틸기 또는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필 또는 t-부틸 등의 알킬기가 치환된 페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기식(Ⅱ)의 R2, R3, R5및 R6이 각각 페닐기, 나프틸기 또는 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필 또는 t-부틸 등의 알킬기가 치환된 페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기식(Ⅱ)의 R4가 레조시놀, 히드로퀴논 또는 비스페놀-A 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기식(Ⅰ)의 x가 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항의 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 제조된 성형품.
