- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도체는 이중 1,1-시클로프로판 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체 또는 이중 1,1-시클로부탄 디카르복실산 디아미노프라틴 착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이중 1,1-시클로부탄 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체는 다음 화학식 (II)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체:화학식 (II)
- 제1항에 따른 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 카르보플라틴 클래스의 물질 또는 카르보플라틴과 화학식 (III)의 디카르복실 리간드 유도체들을 반응시켜, 다음의 화학식 (I)의 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체 제조방법:화학식 (I)(여기서 R1및 R2는 상호결합에 의해 형성된 포화 3,6-원소-탄소고리의 구조를 나타냄).
- 항종양 약학조성물에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 제1항에 따르는 화학식 (I)을 갖는 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 적어도 하나의 유도체 0.1-0.5wt% 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체들의 잔부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (I)의 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체들은 R1및 R2에 부착된 탄소원자들과 R1및 R2와의 상호결합에 의해 형성된 포화 3-6-원소 탄소고리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (I)의 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체는 이중 1,1-시클로프로판 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체 또는 이중 1,1-시클로부탄 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 항종양 약학조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (I)의 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체는 이중 1,1-시클로부탄 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 항종양 약학조성물.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 약학조성물은 주사제 또는 캡슐 형태로 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항종양 약학조성물.
- 항종양 약제를 제조하는데 사용되는 제1항에 따른 화학식 1의 이중 디카르복실산디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체.
- 제1항에 따른 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은,(1) 디할로겐 디아미노플라틴을 물에서 AgNO3또는 Ag2SO4와 혼합하고, 그런 다음 (NH3)2Pt(H2O)2(NO3)2또는 (NH3)2Pt(H2O)2SO4를 생성시키기 위해 반응에 도입하는데, 여기서 상기 디할로겐 디아미노플라틴은 화학식 (NH3)2PtX2(X는 Cl 또는 I임)을 갖는 단계;(2) 생성된 (NH3)2Pt(H2O)2(NO3)2또는 (NH3)2Pt(H2O)2SO4를 디카르복실산 리간드 유도체들 또는 그것들의 나트륨염들 또는 바륨염들과 반응시켜, 화학식 (I)의 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체를 생성시키는데, 여기서 상기 디카르복실산 리간드 유도체들은 다음 화학식 (III),화학식 (III)(여기서 R1및 R2는 상호결합에 의해 형성된 포화 3,6-원소-탄소고리의 구조를 나타냄)을 갖는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디카르복실산 디아미노플라틴 착체의 유도체 제조방법.
