- 특정 유기화합물을 분해할 수 있는 종류의 분해균을 높은 집적도의 상태로 보지하는 분해균보지담체의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 유기화합물을 흡착할 수 있고, 상기 유기화합물을 분해할 수 있는 분해균이 정주하기 용이한 세공을 다수 갖는 다공질재에 상기 분해균만을 접종하고, 상기 분해균을 접종한 다공질재로 이루어진 집적용층을 형성하여, 이 집적용층에 상기 유기화합물만을 탄소원 및 질소원으로 하는 무기염 배지를 환류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 특정 유기화합물을 분해할 수 있는 분해균을 높은 집적도의 상태로 보지하는 분해균보지담체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 특정 유기화합물을 분해할 수 있는 종류의 분해균을 포함하는 세균군을, 상기 유기화합물만을 탄소원 및 질소원으로 하는 무기염 한천배지에 접종하고, 무기염 한천배지중에 형성된 분해활성이 높은 부분(클리어 존)으로부터 균을 모아 분리한 분해균만을 접종하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해균보지담체의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 특정 유기화합물은 토양에 포함될 수 있는 유기오염물질이고, 상기 세균군은상기 유기오염물질을 분해할 수 있는 종류의 분해균이 생식하는 토양에 상기 분해균이 집적되지 않은 다공질재를 혼입시켜 집적용 토양층을 형성하고, 이 집적용 토양층에 상기 유기오염물질만을 탄소원 및 질소원으로 하는 무기염 배지를 환류시켜 상기 다공질재에 상기 분해균을 집적시키고,이 집적완료된 다공질재를 집적용 토양층으로부터 취해내어, 이 취해낸 집적완료 다공질재에 부착된 토양을 제거하는 세정처리를 하고,이 세정처리를 한 집적완료 다공질재를 분해균이 집적되지 않은 새로운 다공질재만으로 형성된 집적용층에 접종하고,이 집적용층에 상기 유기오염물질만을 탄소원 및 질소원으로 하는 무기염 배지를 환류시켜 상기 새로운 다공질재에 상기 분해균을 순화시켜 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 분해균보지담체의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 유기오염물질은 난분해성의 유기염소계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분해균보지담체의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 난분해성 유기염소계 화합물이 시마진 또는 킨토젠중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 분해균보지담체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항 내지 제 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공질재가 목질탄화재인 것을 특징으로 하는 분해균보지담체의 제조방법.
