- 내고무 압출기로 내층을 이루는 FKM튜브를 압출하는 단계와;상기 FKM튜브의 표면에 본딩을 위한 코팅재를 분사하는 단계;상기 FKM튜브의 표면에 불소수지(THV)를 불소수지 압출기로 압출하여 일체화시키는 단계;서로 일체화 된 상기 FKM튜브와 중간층의 불소수지를 히팅수단으로 가열하는 단계;상기 불소수지의 표면에 외층을 이루는 에코를 압출하여 일체화시키는 단계;서로 일체화 된 상기 내층의 FKM튜브와, 상기 중간층의 불소수지와, 상기 외층의 에코를 냉각 베스를 통과시켜 냉각시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 연료호스 제조 방법.
