Claims (12)
- 표면 코팅(1)은 결합성(cementitous) 재료와 물 그리고 같은 크기 혹은 적어도 두 가지의 다른 크기의 유리입자(glass beads)와 접착제(adhesive)의 혼합물로부터 형성된 모재(matrix)를 포함하고, 상기 유리입자(4)는 0.1mm에서 200mm 범위로부터 선택되어지는 최소 두 가지 다른 크기의 혼합물 또는 똑같은 크기로서, 표면(2)이 수직, 수평 또는 경사면을 이루는 소도로, 수영장 등과 같은 구조물 또는 대상물의 기저 표면(substrate surface, 2)에 적용시키기 위한 표면 마감처리판(1)에 있어서,각 입자(4)의 표면 면적의 30%-60% 사이가 결합성 재료(4)의 표면 위로 노출될 정도로 상기 결합성 재료(3)에 묻혀 있는(hidden) 유리입자(4)의 일정 부분이 표면 위로 나머지와 함께 노출되어 있고; 상기 접착제는 상기 유리입자(4)와 상기 결합성 재료(3)사이의 결합을 증가시키는 중합제와 규소화물(siliconiser)을 포함하며; 상기 유리입자(4)는 인력 또는 운반 차량과 같은 것에 의해 상기 모재에 작용하는 마찰력, 장력, 굽힘력 및 압축력에 대해 저항을 제공하기 위해 상기 모재 내에 인접 입자들(4)과 맞물려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리입자가 함유된 결합성 재료의 표면 마감처리판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 입자(4)는 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 및 15 mm의 직경의 크기로부터 선택되고 상기 모재 내에 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면마감처리판(1).
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유리입자(4)에 대한 상기 결합성 재료(3)의 비가 1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판(1).
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 유리입자(4)의 상기 모재 내에서의 비율이 상기 결합성 재료(3)의 비율보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판(1).
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 결합성 재료(3)의 비율이 상기 유리입자(4)의 비율보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판(1).
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 유리입자(4)에 대한 상기 결합성 재료(3)의 비율이 8:5인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판.
- 제 4항, 제 5항, 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보석 혹은 준보석, 모래 혹은 석영, 대리석 혹은 자갈로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 골재를 추가로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판(1).
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 모재는 중합체, 고착용 응결 지연제, 고착용 응결 촉진제, 방수제, 블리드 보호제와 접착제로부터 선택된 단일의 첨가제 혹은 다수의첨가제를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판(1).
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 마감처리판의 두께는 1mm내지 150mm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판(1).
- 표면(2)이 수직, 수평 또는 경사면을 이루는 길(road), 통로(runway) 등과 같은 구조물 또는 대상물의 표면상에의 이하의;결합성 재료(3)를 선택하고; 0.1mm 내지 200mm 크기의 유리입자(4)를 선택하고; 선택된 상기 유리입자, 물 및 점착제를 예정된 경점성(consistency)의 모재를 형성하기 위해 결합성 재료(3)에 혼합하고; 그리고모재의 표면상에 유리입자(4)의 표면면적의 30-60%가 노출되도록 결합성 재료의 부분을 세척하여 떨어내고, 경화 후 세척이 수행될 때 염산에 의함으로서 상기 결합성 재료(3)의 일부분을 제거하고; 그리고 상기 접착제는 상기 유리입자(4) 및 상기 결합성 재료(3) 사이에 접착을 강화하는 중합제 및 규소화물(siliconiser)의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법으로 기판에 모재를 시공하는 단계를 포함하는 표면 마감처리판(1)의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 단계 동안에 고착용 응결 지연제, 방수제, 응결 촉진제로부터 선택된 하나 또는 다수의 혼합제를 추가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판(1)의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 이하의;보석 혹은 준보석, 모래 혹은 분쇄 석영, 대리석 혹은 자갈로 부터 추가된 골재를 선택하고,표면 마감처리의 시행에서 세척에 따른 혼합물에 선택된 상기 골재를 살포하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 마감처리판의 제조 방법.
