Claims (20)
- 차량 주행용 동력원으로서 엔진(1)과 모터/제너레이터(2)를 구비하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)의 동력원으로서 기능하는 고전압배터리(11),이 고전압배터리(11)보다 저전압의 차량 장착용 전기부하의 저전압배터리(14),상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 제어하는 인버터(12),고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 검출하는 센서(18, 19),엔진(1)의 회전수를 검출하는 센서(31),차속을 검출하는 센서(34),가속페달의 감압을 검출하는 센서(35) 및,마이크로프로세서(16)를 구비하고, 상기 마이크로프로세서는,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 충전상태(SOC)를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 SOC가 목표 SOC와 일치하도록 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 의해 발생된 전류를 제어하며,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도에 따라 목표 SOC 를 가변하며,엔진 회전수, 차속 및 가속페달의 감압을 기초로 차량의 감속 여부를 판정하며,차량이 정상 주행시 목표 SOC를 저목표 SOC로 설정하고 차량이 감속시 목표 SOC를 고목표 SOC로 설정하도록 프로그램되며,상기 저목표 SOC는 상기 고목표 SOC보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는 악화 정도가 증가할 수록 목표 SOC를 낮추도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,엔진(1)의 회전수를 검출하는 센서(31), 차속을 검출하는 센서(34) 및 가속페달의 감압을 검출하는 센서(35)를 추가로 구비하고,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는,엔진 회전수, 차속 및 가속페달의 감압에 기초로 차량의 주행 상태를 판정하며,차량의 주행 상태에 따라 목표 SOC를 가변하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는 고전압배터리(11)에서 악화 정도의 증가로 저목표 SOC를 감소하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는 고전압배터리(11)에서 악화 정도의 증가로 고목표 SOC를 감소하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는,고전압배터리(11)의 SOC 에 따라 고전압배터리(11)로의 목표 충전 전류를 연산하고,차량 장착 전기부하의 전기부하전류를 연산하고,목표충전전류와 전기부하전류를 가산하여 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 의해발생된 목표 발생 전류를 연산하며,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 의해 발생된 전류가 목표 발생 전류와 동일하도록 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 공급되는 목표 토오크를 제어하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 차량 주행용 동력원으로서 엔진(1)과 모터/제너레이터(2)를 구비하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)의 동력원으로서 기능하는 고전압배터리(11),이 고전압배터리(11)보다 저전압의 차량 장착용 전기부하의 저전압배터리(14),상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 제어하는 인버터(12),고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 검출하는 센서(18, 19), 및마이크로프로세서(16)를 구비하고, 상기 마이크로프로세서는,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태에 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 충전상태(SOC)를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태에 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 SOC가 목표 SOC와 일치하도록 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 의해 발생된 전류를 제어하며,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도에 따라 목표 SOC 를 가변하며,고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)가 자기방전하는지 여부를 판정하며,고전압배터리(11)가 자기방전할 때 소정의 전류를 발생하도록 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 명령하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 차량 주행용 동력원으로서 엔진(1)과 모터/제너레이터(2)를 구비하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)의 동력원으로서 기능하는 고전압배터리(11),이 고전압배터리(11)보다 저전압의 차량 장착용 전기부하의 저전압배터리(14),상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 제어하는 인버터(12),고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 검출하는 센서(18, 19),엔진(1)의 회전수를 검출하는 센서(31),차속을 검출하는 센서(34)가속페달의 감압을 검출하는 센서(35),브레이크페달의 감압을 검출하는 센서(36), 및마이크로프로세서(16)를 구비하며, 상기 마이크로프로세서는,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 충전상태(SOC)를 연산하고,엔진 회전수, 차속, 가속페달의 감압, 및 브레이크페달의 감압을 기초로, 차량이 아이들 속도로 동작하는 차량이 일시 멈춤이 발생하는지 여부를 판정하며,고전압배터리(11)의 SOC가 설정치보다 클 때 그리고 차량이 아이들 속도로 동작하는 엔진에서 일시 멈춤이 발생할 때에는 엔진(1)을 정지시키며,고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하며,고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도에 따라 설정치를 가변하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는, 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도의 증가에 의해 설정치를 증가하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 악화 정도는 고전압배터리(11)의 내부저항에 대응하며,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는, 고전압배터리(11)의 내부저항을 연산하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 악화 정도는 고전압배터리(11)의 내부저항에 대응하며,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는, 고전압배터리(11)의 내부저항을 연산하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 차량 주행용 동력원으로서 엔진(1)과 모터/제너레이터(2)를 구비하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)의 동력원으로서 기능하는 고전압배터리(11),이 고전압배터리(11)보다 저전압의 차량 장착용 전기부하의 저전압배터리(14),상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 제어하는 인버터(12),고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 검출하는 센서(18, 19), 및마이크로프로세서(16)를 구비하고, 상기 마이크로프로세서는,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 충전상태(SOC)를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 SOC가 목표 SOC와 일치하도록 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 의해 발생된 전류를 제어하며,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도에 따라 목표 SOC 를 가변하며,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 평형상태에서 시동시 고전압배터리(11)의 단자전압과 고전압배터리가 평형상태일 때 개방단자압력을 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는, 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 평형상태에서 시동시 고전압배터리(11)의 단자전압과 고전압배터리가 평형상태일 때 개방단자압력에 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 차량 주행용 동력원으로서 엔진(1)과 모터/제너레이터(2)를 구비하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)의 동력원으로서 기능하는 고전압배터리(11),이 고전압배터리(11)보다 저전압의 차량 장착용 전기부하의 저전압배터리(14),상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 제어하는 인버터(12),고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 검출하는 센서(18, 19), 및마이크로프로세서(16)를 구비하고, 상기 마이크로프로세서는,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 충전상태(SOC)를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하고,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 SOC가 목표 SOC와 일치하도록 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 의해 발생된 전류를 제어하며,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도에 따라 목표 SOC 를 가변하며,스타트스위치를 ON 위치하고 키를 OFF 위치한 후 경과 시간이 소정 시간 이상일 때 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하도록 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는, 스타트스위치를 ON 위치하고 키를 OFF 위치한 후 경과 시간이 소정 시간 이상일 때 고전압배터리(11)의 악화 정도를 연산하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는, 엔진(1)이 정지한 후 브레이크페달이 가압되지 않을 때 엔진(1)을 재시동하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서(16)는, 고전압배터리(11)의 악화정도가 소정의 악화정도보다 작을 때 차량이 아이들 속도로 동작하는 엔진에 의해 일시 정지할 때 엔진(1)을 정지하도록 추가로 프로그램된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
- 차량 주행용 동력원으로서 엔진(1)과 모터/제너레이터(2)를 구비하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 모터/제너레이터(2)의 동력원으로서 기능하는 고전압배터리(11),이 고전압배터리(11)보다 저전압의 차량 장착용 전기부하의 저전압배터리 (14),상기 모터/제너레이터(2)를 제어하는 수단(12),고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 검출하는 수단(18, 19),엔진(1)의 회전수를 검출하는 수단(31),차속을 검출하는 수단(34),가속페달의 감압을 검출하는 수단(35),상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 충전상태(SOC)를 연산하는 연산수단,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 상태를 기초로 고전압배터리(11)의 악화정도를 연산하는 연산수단,고전압배터리(11)의 SOC가 목표 SOC와 일치하도록 상기 모터/제너레이터(2)에 의해 발생된 전류를 제어하는 제어수단,상기 고전압배터리(11)의 악화정도에 따라 목표 SOC를 가변하는 수단,엔진 회전수, 차속 및 가속페달의 감압을 기초로 차량의 감속 여부를 판정하는 수단, 및차량이 정상 주행시 목표 SOC를 저목표 SOC로 설정하고 차량이 감속시 목표 SOC를 고목표 SOC로 설정하는 수단을 포함하되, 상기 저목표 SOC는 상기 고목표 SOC보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어장치.
