Claims (11)
- 가변 용량형의 유압 펌프(10)와, 이 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 유압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 액추에이터(4a, 4b)와, 상기 유압 펌프로부터 상기 복수의 액추에이터로 공급되는 유압유의 유량을 각각 제어하는 복수의 방향 전환 밸브(20a, 20b)와, 상기 복수의 방향 전환 밸브의 전후 차압을 각각 제어하는 복수의 압력 보상 밸브(21a, 21b)와, 상기 유압 펌프의 토출압이 상기 복수의 액추에이터의 최고 부하압보다 목표 차압만큼 높아지도록 로드 센싱 제어하는 펌프 제어 수단(12)을 구비하고, 상기 복수의 압력 보상 밸브는, 상기 복수의 방향 전환 밸브 중의 특정한 방향 전환 밸브(20a)에 대응하여 설치된 제1 압력 보상 밸브(21 a)와, 상기 특정한 방향 전환 밸브 이외의 방향 전환 밸브(20b)에 대응하여 설치된 제2 압력 보상 밸브(21 b)를 포함하는 유압 구동 장치에 있어서,제1 및 제2 전환 위치(C, D; E, F; G, H)를 가지며, 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치로 전환하면, 유압 공급원의 압력을 출력하는 제1 잠금 전환 밸브(50; 50A; 110:110D)와,상기 제1 압력 보상 밸브(21a)의 폐쇄 방향 작동 측의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브의 출력 측에 접속된 제1 수압부(28a)를 구비하며,상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브가 상기 제2 위치로 전환되고, 상기 제1 수압부에 상기 유압 공급원의 압력이 안내되면, 상기 제1 압력 보상 밸브를 완전 폐쇄로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 특정한 방향 전환 밸브(20a)는 기계식 전환 방식이며, 상기 특정한 방향 전환 밸브 이외의 방향 전환 밸브(20b)는 파일럿 제어압에 의해 구동되는 파일럿 전환 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,파일럿 유압원(11)과,이 파일럿 유압원에 파일럿 라인(42a, 42b)을 통하여 접속되어, 상기 파일럿 유압원 유압을 기초로 하여 상기 파일럿 제어압을 생성하고, 상기 특정한 방향 전환 밸브 이외의 방향 전환 밸브(20b)를 구동하는 파일럿 밸브(41b, 41c)를 구비한 조작 수단(41)과,상기 파일럿 라인에 설치되어, 제3 및 제4의 전환 위치(A, B; A', B'; A1, B1)를 가지며, 제3 위치로부터 제4 위치로 전환하면 상기 파일럿 라인을 차단하는 운전자 조작의 제2 잠금 전환 밸브(43:43 A; 143)와,이 제2 잠금 전환 밸브가 상기 제3 위치로부터 제4 위치로 전환하면 이와 연동하여 상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브(50:50A)를 상기 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치로 전환하는 연동 전환 수단(55,57)을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2 압력 보상 밸브(21b)의 폐쇄 방향 작동 측의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브(50,50A)의 출력 측에 접속된 제2 수압부(28b)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연동 전환 수단은, 상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브(50, 50A)의 제1 위치 작동 측의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 제2 잠금 전환 밸브(43:43A)의 출력 측에서 상기 파일럿 라인(42b)에 접속되는 제3 수압부(55)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있아서,파일럿 유압원(11)과,이 파일럿 유압원에 파일럿 라인(42a, 42b)를 통하여 접속되어, 상기 파일럿 유압원의 유압을 기초로 하여 파일럿 제어압을 생성하고, 상기 특정한 방향 전환 밸브 이외의 방향 전환 밸브(20b)를 구동하는 파일럿 밸브(41b, 41c)를 구비한 조작 수단(41)과,상기 파일럿 라인에 설치되고, 제3, 제4, 제5의 전환 위치(A1, B1, B2)를 가지는 운전자가 조작하는 제2 잠금 전환 밸브(143)와,상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브에 설치되고, 상기 파일럿 유압원의 압력이 안내되면, 상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브를 상기 제2 위치로부터 제1 위치로 전환하는 제3 수압부(55)를 구비하고,상기 제2 잠금 전환 밸브는, 상기 제3 위치에 있을 때는, 상기 파일럿 라인을 상기 파일럿 밸브 및 제3 수압부의 양쪽에 접속하고, 상기 제4 위치에 있을 때는 상기 파일럿 라인과 상기 파일럿 밸브 및 제3 수압부 양쪽과의 접속을 차단하며, 상기 제5 위치에 있을 때는, 상기 파일럿 라인과 상기 파일럿 밸브의 접속을 차단하고, 상기 파일럿 라인을 상기 제3 수압부에 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2 압력 보상 밸브(21b)의 폐쇄 방향 작동 측의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브(50; 50A)의 출력 측에 접속된 제2 수압부(28b)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,파일럿 유압원(11)과,이 파일럿 유압원에 파일럿 라인(42a, 42b)를 통하여 접속되어, 상기 파일럿 유압원의 유압을 기초로 하여 파일럿 제어압을 생성하고, 상기 특정한 방향 전환 밸브 이외의 방향 전환 밸브(20b)를 구동하는 파일럿 밸브(41b, 41c)를 구비한 조작 수단(41)과,상기 파일럿 라인에 설치되어, 제3 및 제4 전환 위치(A, B)를 가지며, 제3 위치로부터 제4 위치로 전환되면, 상기 파일럿 라인을 차단하는 운전자가 조작하는 제2 잠금 전환 밸브(43; 43D)와,상기 제2 잠금 전환 밸브가 상기 제4 위치에 있을 때, 상기 제1 잠금 전환 밸브를 상기 제1 및 제2 위치 사이에서 전환 가능하도록 하는 잠금 조작 수단(43a, 110a; 150, 151, 152)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,제6 및 제7 전환 위치(C, D)를 가지며, 제6 위치로부터 제7위치로 전환되면 유압 공급원의 압력을 출력하는 제3 잠금 전환 밸브(50)와,상기 제2 잠금 전환 밸브(43,43D)가 상기 제3 위치로부터 제4 위치로 전환되면 이와 연동하여 상기 제3 잠금 전환 밸브를 상기 제6 위치로부터 제7위치로 전환하는 연동 전환 수단(55, 57)과,상기 제2 압력 보상 밸브(21b)의 폐쇄 방향 작동 측의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 제3 잠금 전환 밸브의 출력 측에 접속된 제2 수압부(28b)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 잠금 전환 밸브(110, 43)는, 조작 레버(110a, 43a)에 의해 직접 전환되는 기계식 전환 방식이며, 상기 잠금 조작 수단은 상기 조작레버(110a, 43a)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 잠금 전환 밸브(110D, 43D)는, 전기 신호에 의해 전환되는 전자식 전환 방식이며, 상기 잠금 조작 수단은 상기 전기 신호를 생성하는 컨트롤러(152)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
