Description
Claims (7)
- (A) 유기 황 화합물을 함유하는 석유 스트림(1) 및 수소(2)를 증류 컬럼 반응기로 공급하고;(B) 상기 중류 컬럼 반응기 내에서,(1) 상기 석유 스트림을 증류함으로써 증기상 석유 산물이 증류 컬럼 반응기를 통하여 위로 올라가고, 액체의 내부 환류가 증류 컬럼 반응기에서 아래쪽으로 유동하며, 석유 산물을 증류 컬럼 반응기 내에서 응축함과 동시에,(2) 상기 석유 스트림 및 수소를 수소탈황화 촉매의 존재하에 약 300 psig 이하의 총압력, 0.1 내지 70 psi 범위의 수소 분압 및 400 내지 800 ℉ 범위의 온도에서 접촉시킴으로써 상기 석유 스트림에 함유된 유기 황 화합물 부분을 수소와 반응시켜 H2S를 형성시키며;(C) H2S를 함유하는 증류 컬럼 반응기로부터 오버헤드부를 회수하며;(B) 오버헤드부의 고비점 분획(high boiling fraction)을 응축함으로써 오버헤드부로부터 H2S를 분리하며;(E) 오버헤드부의 응축된 고비점 분획을 외부 환류로서 증류 컬럼 반응기로 귀환시킨 다음;(F) 석유 스트림보다 더 낮은 황 함량을 갖는 하단부 산물을 회수함을 포함하는 석유 스트림의 수소탈황화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 석유 스트림이 나프타인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 오버헤드부 온도가 350 내지 550 ℉ 의 범위이고, 하단부 온도가 500 내지 800 ℉ 의 범위이며, 총압력이 25 내지 300 psig 범위인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 석유 스트림이 케로센인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 오버헤드부 온도가 350 내지 650 ℉의 범위이고, 하단부 온도가 500 내지 800 ℉ 의 범위이며, 총압력이 0 내지 200 psig 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 석유 스트림이 디젤인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 오버헤드부 온도가 350 내지 650 ℉ 범위이고, 하단부 온도가 500 내지 850 ℉ 의 범위이며, 총압력이 0 내지 150 psig 범위인 방법.
