Claims (14)
- 서보 클러치(11)로 변속비를 바꾸기 위해서, 클러치의 개폐는 제어 유닛(13)에 의해서 제어되는 조정 소자(1105)의 접속 시프트 및 개방 시프트를 사용하여 수행되고, 차량 엔진(10)과 변속기(12) 사이에 설치된 서보 클러치(11) 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 제어 유닛(13)은 차량 엔진의 정상 동작 상태를 검출하여, 정상 동작 상태의 검출에 응답하고, 상기 조정 소자(1105)의 임의의 제어를 변속비를 바꾸지 않고서 행하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정상 조작 동작 상태의 검출을 위해서, 차량 엔진(10)의 회전수의 시간적 변화(nM')가 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 정상 조작 동작 상태는, 차량 엔진(10) 회전수의 시간적 변화(nM')가 임계치(S1)보다 작은 경우에 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 임의의 제어로서, 조정 소자(1105, 1105')에 배속된 조정 파라미터(S)의 변화(S+△S)가 행하여지고, 상기 조정 파라미터(S)는 클러치의 개방을 가져오는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 클러치의 개방을 위해서, 조정 파라미터로 하여 접속 시프트 거리(S)와 조정 모터(1105, 1105')로서 구성된 조정 소자의 회전 각도와 클러치의 탄력성 소자에 가해지는 힘 및 클러치와 액추에이터 사이에 접속된 액체 압력 장치의 압력이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 조정 파라미터(S)의 변화(S+△S)는 검출된 클러치 슬립(△n)에 의존하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정상 동작 상태의 검출에 응답하고, 차량 엔진(10)의 순간적인 토오크(M3)가 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항, 또는 제 4 항, 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 정상 동작 상태의 검출에 응답하여 검출되는 차량 엔진(10)의 순간적인 토오크(MM)와, 조정 파라미터의 소정의 변화(S+△S)와의 편성이 특성 곡선(31)의 형성 또는 변경을 위해 격납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 차량 엔진(10)과 변속기(12) 사이에 설치된 서보 클러치 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 서보 클러치에서는 변속비를 바꾸기 위해서, 클러치의 개폐는 제어 유닛(13)에 의해서 조정 파라미터를 사용하여 제어되는 조정 소자(1105)의 접속 시프트 및 개폐 시프트를 사용하여 행하여지고,상기 제어 유닛(13)은 접속 시프트 과정 및 개방 시프트 과정 사이에 조정 파라미터(Sist)와 검출되는 차량 엔진(10)의 순간적인 토오크(MM)와 검출되는 상기 차량 엔진(10) 회전수의 시간적인 변화(nM')에서 구해지는 현시점의 클러치 토오크를 나타내는 파라미터(MK)가 검출되고,검출된 상기 조정 파라미터(Sist)와 상기 파라미터(MK)의 편성이 특성 곡선(131)의 형성을 위해서 격납되도록 구성되어 있는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 조정 파라미터는 접속 시프트 거리(S)와, 조정 모터(1105, 1105')로서 구성된 조정 소자의 회전 각도와, 클러치의 탄력성 소자에 가해지는 힘 및 클러치와 액추에이터 사이에 접속된 액체 압력 장치의 압력이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 격납된 특성 곡선(131)은 서보 클러치에 의해서 전달되는 클러치 토오크(MK)를 제어하기 위해서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 조정 소자는 스텝 모터(1105')를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 각 개방 시프트 과정 또는 소정의 개방 시프트 과정 후에, 스텝 모터(1105')의 한정적인 제어(Sp)가 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 클러치의 조작을 위해, 스텝 모터(1105')에 의해서 상기 클러치의 장방형 방향으로 시프트 가능한 스티어링 기어 래크(1104)가 설치되어 있고, 각 개방 시프트 과정 또는 소정의 개방 시프트 과정 후에, 상기 스티어링 기어 래크(1104)는 상기 스텝 모터(1105')의 제어(Sp)에 의해서 한정된 위치에, 유리하게는 기계적인 스토퍼(1109)로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 클러치 제어 장치.
