Claims (8)
- (A) (a1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌 또는 이들의 혼합물 50-95 중량부와 (a2) 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-8메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-4알킬 또는 페닐 N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5-50 중량부를 공중합하여 얻은 스티렌계 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물 50-95 중량부;(B) 커플링제로 표면 처리된 유리 섬유 5-50 중량부; 및(C) 아미노 실란계 커플링제 0.01-5 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 강화 스티렌계 열가소성 복합재료.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 실란계 커플링제(C)는 γ-아미노 프로필트리에톡시 실란(γ-amino propyltriethoxy silane), γ-아미노 프로필트리메톡시 실란(γ-amino propyltrimethoxy silane), γ-아미노프로필-트리스(2-메톡시-에톡시)실란(γ-aminopropyl-tris(2-methoxy-ethoxy)silane), N-(베타-아미노 에틸)γ-아미노 프로필 트리메톡시 실란 (N-(β-amino ethyl) γ-amino propyltrimethoxy silane), N-(베타-아미노에틸) γ-아미노 프로필트리에톡시 실란 (N-(β-aminoethyl) γ-amino propyltriethoxy silane), 및 β(3,4-에폭시에틸) γ-아미노프로필 트리 메톡시 실란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 강화 스티렌계 열가소성 복합재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유(B)에 표면 처리된 커플링제가 아크릴계 커플링제인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 강화 스티렌계 열가소성 복합재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 실란계 커플링제 는 0.05 내지 1.5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 강화 스티렌계 열가소성 복합재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변성 비닐 방향족 그라프트 공중합체(D)를 0-35 중량부로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 복합재료.
- 삭제
- 매트릭스 수지인 스티렌계 공중합체(A)와 커플링제(C)를 믹서로 혼합하고 압출기를 사용하여 용융시킨 상태에서 유리섬유(B)를 압출기의 중간 부분에 사이드 피딩(side-feeding)하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유 강화 스티렌계 열가소성 복합재료의 제조방법.
